This is the worst place ever. I will never go there again all they did was talk about me in their language but thanks to Google translate I was able to understand. I was hit hard in the arm twice on purpose and instead of saying sorry they would just laugh. She didn't do it 3rd time only because I spoke up and said if she hits me again I'm beating her ass. Mesmerizing lashes was very accommodating and took my appointment last minute. The lady who did my lashes was very nice, however, the quality of the lashes and work was horrific. They lady asked me what "look" I wanted and I told her I wanted whispy/cat eyed lashes, but yet she used all of the same length lashes and it was the exact opposite of what I asked for. The lashes were thick, hard and completely unnatural. It was so uncomfortable that I had them removed the very next day. In addition, I get my lashes done regularly and it has never burned my eyes but it felt like someone pour sriracha in my eyes then topped it off with a shot of lemon juice while she was applying the lashes. I think the lady was maybe new because I could hear another woman in the next room shouting instructions to her. However, the worst part of my experience was the bed. It was extremely painful on the back of my head and neck and felt like I was laying on a rock slab for an hour. I literally was walking like the hunchback out of that place. I would recommend paying a little more to have quality lashes done by an experienced, trained professional. But hey, if your insurance covers chiropractic services and you don't care about your retinas, why not. read more

I had an issue twice with this business. I went the first time and the lady seemed new and didn't know what she was doing she also took 3 hours almost 4. They're very unprofessional and switch ladies during the session. They do not sanitize the massage table or put new pillows during covid. I called them to tell them I was having an issues with their lashes and they kept coming off every time I was brushing them. They said they couldn't do anything about it but charge me another fee if I wanted to fix it. It was less than a week and more than half of my lashes are coming off. I highly recommend that if you want your lashes done RIGHT do not come here. Very unprofessional and not clean at all they have bug infestation as well. read more

If I could give them six stars I would! I got my eyelashes done by Lien for prom and I couldn't be happier with them, she did an amazing job. I've been going here for months and because of my weird schedule I've gotten my eyelashes done by 5 different girls and they always exceed my expectations. I'm rough with my lashes but they still stay on and look beautiful for at least 2-3 weeks minimum (depending on the style). Ashly also did an amazing job especially for my first time getting lashes, she does an amazing job with natural looks, recommended if you're skeptical about getting lashes. I scheduled a fill with Lisa " who does an amazing job " when i arrived the lady at the front said she would get be started and Lisa would be in . Unfortunately Lisa never came into do my lashes and the girl at the front desk did my lashes .. my worse experience ever getting lashes done .. my eyes where hurting from being poked several times . Days later my eyelashes started falling out didn't last 1 week . I've tried to schedule with Lisa but the same lady handles appointments and she's been making it super difficult to schedule . My lash tech sara is no longer there. However I requested lien last minute and she was able to squeeze me in. My first time with her and I was equally , if not , beyond happy. Her hands are light as a feather. Barely felt her working on my eyes. My eyes were especially twitchy yesterday for no reason. Couldn't hold still. But she was able to work w my handicap eyes + No pain or irritation. She's quick and gentle! Can't wait to come back to her again. So let me begin by saying that my lashes lasted from Thursday to Monday evening, and I followed the instruction for lash care to the T. This place with not only NOT honor the customers request bit will also lie about the technicians name. This place was recommended to me by a coworker and lien was the person she recommended. So I made an appointment with "lien". When I got there I told the lady who greeted me that that I have an appointment with lien, and I gave her the client's name who recommended me. So this "lien", doesn't even remember the client's name. And my coworker said she has been lien's client for a while. Now we get to the lashes part. As per my coworkers specific instruction, I said I want my lashes to look "natural, wispy, but still full".. the lady insisted that I have to get them dramatic. I refused as I have an interview coming up.. well she still did what she did. After she was done I told her my lashes look too fake and long. And she told me "I'll get use it it" So this was on Thursday by Saturday afternoon I already see that my right eye is less voluminous than the left. By Monday afternoon my right eye was bare naked.. and I had to go to a different place to have them removed. $136 altogether from Putting them on to getting them removed. The next day I told my coworker about my experience and she tells me Lien has a shoulder length hair, and I had to argue back saying.. because the lady that did my hair was an older lady was a neck length hair. So this place ruined my experience for lashes forever. I literally just felt my eyes few hours ago when the lady who removed my lashes said "go rinse them".. so this place can't come back and tell me that I haven't taken care of them. This place is awesome. I love mesmerizing lashes. I have been to both locations. Both visits were positive experiences, the people here are welcoming and seem like they care. Mimi did my lashes at the Stanton location and I think I am going to request her from now on because my lashes look beautiful. Oh and the lashes last for like over a month! The pricing is so reasonable like you're getting these beautiful lashes that are not irritating or falling out for a little over a month (as long as you take care of them) great deal! I had an appointment with Mia and when I got there she was still with a client. Not a problem. I can wait since these type of appts can go over and under at times. Sofia was the lady waiting in front and she took my sis in law into the room but came back out and told me that Ashley could take me right now. I said no, I'll wait for Mia. They went back there and had a conversation with Mia and I don't know what was said but Ashley and Sofia both came out and kept insisting and pushing me to let Ashley do it. There was another client in the waiting area and I didn't want to cause a scene so I said ok. I will give it a try. Worst decision ever. I have never had so much PAIN from a full set. Often times she would poke me with the lash. She also YANKED out my real lashes because she didn't place it correctly and instead of trying to fix it right then and there..she would move on to place more lashes and come back to remove the first one!! Wtf?! My right eye was so red after the appointment and immediately after she just had me get up. She gave me a tan to hold to help with the pain but I felt so rushed to get out. Customer service and attentiveness absolutely sucks here. You are just a number to them and they don't know how to properly and carefully put on lashes. I actually came with my sister. She asked for a hybrid glamorous set. When she paid, Sofia gave her the card where she circles and writes what type and lash she used. She put a Classic plus on my sister. WTF?! They don't even care what you ask for and go with what they feel like doing. Bottom line: don't come here. read more

Started going here and loved it at first. Until my lash artist left. Went to another girl twice, and then she left. Not really sure why, but ended up seeing Sophie. I am so disappointed in the service I got from her. First appointment was good. Second appointment she wanted to do a new set of lashes, but I had just gotten a new set 5 weeks prior. So she did a fill. I left with my eyes feeling very heavy and didn't understand why. In the days following my appointment I noticed I had a lot of glue on my eye lids and it was coming off my skin and felt prickly. Went and got another fill and within 2 days the same thing happened, but this time the lashes and fans were falling off like crazy. I have had lash extensions for many years now, and was horrified to see that the fans contained 15 or more individual lashes. With the dropping of each fan my lashes were getting sparse and I looked like a wet rat with no lashes by day 10. The amount of glue that was on the lash was more then half way up from the bottom of the fan. These babies should of never fallen off. I was so disappointed in the quality of work that was being done. I checked with the friend that referred me to Memorizing Lashes and she laughed and said she was having the same problem. Glue all over and fills lasting two weeks at best. We were both able to go three weeks between fill before this. Instead of trying a new artist, have moved on to a new salon to try who's prices are less and the new set that I got yesterday looks wonderful !! read more

I've gotten my lashes done twice before I decided to go to mesmerizing lashes! My experience at this location was nothing short of delightful! It was a very clean and relaxing atmosphere and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. Lien was the lady that did my eyelashes and she did an absolutely beautiful job, and it was much more affordable compared to other locations. i'm really disappointed. i was excited to get my lashes done for my trip but my eye had been glued shut multiple times, one side was more full then the other with a weird gap, and the next day they already started falling out. there's also some pieces that look like they were put on upside down or to the side. really disappointing especially because i paid over $119 +tip for these. after my session i was told to check if i want adjustments made but after one adjustment, she told me they look fine which left me unsatisfied. i never write reviews but this felt necessary. i don't recommend read more

I used to go to the one in the Stanton location, but then I started to experience some issues with my lashes staying, I've been getting extensions for a while now, so I didn't feel that whatever I was doing in my daily life was affecting it, but I do have to say I don't give them the most care, but I know how much my lashes can take. I used to go see Michelle at the old location and I think you should too! She's great and she takes care of your lashes. This place is amazing!! I have been coming here for years! This is their second location, which goes to show they need to size up for the demand. They're meticulous and patient! Depending on the event I will be attending, I'll either request more natural but always FULL! Or full AND dramatic! Ya girl loves my lashes to pop. Sometimes I'm overzealous in my description and my lashes look crazy, but they will always fix it until I'm happy. I'm one of those picky customers and not once have I felt rushed. They're the sweetest people who will accommodate to your schedule . You know when you have an event approaching and you wait till the last minute to get your nails done, hair did and then the lashes ALL on the last day, they will do whatever they can to work you in!
