Thanks to Brittany, I finally have some beautiful lashes after 1.5 years of no lashes during the pandemic! It was super easy to schedule and the location was great (easy parking and cute inside with snacks). However the most amazing part was the customer service I received! Brittany did her absolute best to make me happy and give me what I wanted, which can be a bit difficult to nail when you go to someone for the first time. Brittany went above and beyond when I wasn't thrilled with the first look (really well done but just more dramatic than I had wanted). She proceeded to take literally half of them off so I could test them out and then told me to rebook so she could fix them if I still wasn't happy. I came back the next day and she gave me a whole new set after we discussed how to make it better, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I was referered to this business by a friend. 1st time there Great Service beautiful lashes lasted 2weeks before needing a fill which seemed a bit short lived for the price I paid, but I figured my friend suggested them so I'll try them again. 2nd time there fill lasted two days due to a "glue issue"and I notified the business and Brittany filled them complimentary with Mink lashes and I was really impressed so I continued to go to them. 3rd time there for a fill lashes fell out again in two days due to a "glue issue". (I had a published photoshoot which I went to with a bunch of lash fall out due to the second bad glue incident. I was fortunate to have had a makeup artist who knew how to fill them in with individual lashes I just so happened to have that just so happen to be of similar length. Otherwise it would have been a disaster for my first publication photoshoot). They filled them in complimentary and it lasted three weeks which was a record. So I went back again although I felt I had already given them so many chances. My time is precious to me too. 4th time there I waited although I was on time I waited to get my fill. I get my lash fill then I was patient with their payment not working due to internet or card reader issue so I offer to pay via Venmo, I scan their bar code and offered to show proof of my Venmo payment and was told oh no it's ok. Next morning I get a message via Instagram accusing me of not making payment. I send a screenshot of making the payment and am told I paid the wrong person...I told them I scanned their Venmo barcode and was still accused of not making payment. Then I was told they just got the payment, and they apologize. 5th visit I was 15minutes late and said it was my fault and was told my fill will be done as best as possible but it will be stopped because another customer with a mega fill will be coming...it sounded like since mine was only a hybrid fill and I was 15minutes late I'm not gonna get a proper fill and that their best was going to be done. I said that is completely fine since I was late it is my fault. My last straw is On their app they marked me as a "no show". I also spent money on their merch that was on sale and bought all of their stock. I feel that I was very patient with them and their glue issue and having to wait in the past for my turn although I was on time. My experience as a whole was great but they obviously don't see that me having to go in to get my lashes fixed was also at the cost of my time but they didn't show me the same kindness when I was late. When they happened to have to wait I get marked as a no show but did show up and spent over $200 with them. It's obvious their time is more important than my time although I am the customer they have mistreated on multiple accounts but was patient enough to try them again and again. I think I've done my part in trying a place to support a small business. My time is not respected nor did they show me the same courtesy as I have shown them. I think the universe is telling it's just not the right business to continue to support. read more
