I have been a long time customer, so I hate to say this, but the quality of work has gone majorly downhill after they went under new management and have new lash technicians. I've tried this place twice after under new management and had May do my lash perm. The first time, a small section of my lash was not curled smoothly compared to the rest of the lashes. I thought it was a fluke and came back to give them another try. I was scheduled with May again and this time, it was worse. My lashes on my left eye were not evenly curled at all. My right eye was decent, but still not evenly smoothly curled compared to the previous lash technicians under the previous management who did an absolute perfect job. This review is just for lashes. It makes me sad to make this review cus this staff members are nice but the retention is horrible. I have told the owner and the staff at least 5 times, 5 different sessions about the retention. The owner will blame it on the weather or something but I've been getting my lashes done for years. Weather can affect retention but not at this rate. My lashes don't even last a week. If you look closely at the photo, my actual lash is not on the fan. I've given them ample chances for improvement and I've been more than kind about this. The last few times I've been coming in for refills, the mapping is completely wrong and the style as well. It's never consistent. They are supposed to save the mapping and length but it's still wrong. I have to spend extra time for it to get fixed, just for it not to last. read more

*This is for the head/scalp massage service* Gina Lam did my 60min head/scalp/shoulder wash/massage combo and I was in heaven. The place is clean, quiet and private. From start to finish Gina was great: washed-rewashed my hair 3-4x, did mini-facial, scrubbed/massaged my shoulder - I didn't want it to end. Blow-dryed, straightened my hair and gave me hot tea to round up the session. I will definitely return and recommend to my girlfriends. I went back for an eyelashes fill had the appointment at 5pm got there at 4:40 no one greeted me had to wait I had no problem went in at 5:18 & they didn't start the lady told me to wait she was doing someone else lashes next to me I was still not bother at this point she came back & I thought she was going to start because she put the tape in my bottom lashes nope she didn't start it's was around 6:17 she apologized & left the room I was waiting there for a while & she came back my eyes were irritated at this point I still wasn't bothered they started working on my lashes & the lady kept getting us & leaving more then 10 times at this point. She told me I was going to get a discount for the inconvenience lies when I got up there were different ppl working on my lashes got charged full price 59 for fill paid & left my lash fill fell off the next day. So wouldn't recommend for that reason I would of been more ok with them telling me to just leave instead. read more

This was my first time ever doing anything to my lashes so I was nervous excited. Amy was my lash tech and she did an amazing job with my lash lift and tint. She took me to a room that had two very comfy armchairs and neither of them were occupied. I sat in them and immediately felt so relaxed since it was so puffy and there was spa music playing on the speakers. The whole process took about an hour and there was no pain whatsoever. I have naturally long lashes so I opted for the lift but next time I'd want to try extensions to make my eyes even more exaggerated. read more

I came here to get lash extensions with a few people and sadly we are very unhappy with the results. My personal lash experience was nothing like I have ever had before. They started falling out in chunks and started twisting into my eyes and creating some serious discomfort in the first week. I know from experience that lashes can last anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on how well you take care of them. I reached out to them because I have never experienced such an issue any of the other times I've gotten lashes from other places and they told me it was probably because the lashes were to heavy and that it was normal to have them fall out. However I would need to pay for them to Fix it or remove them because it was past 3 days. When I told them again that I didn't feel comfortable coming back because the lady who worked on me kept gluing my actual lashes together and pulling on them. They told me they would remove them for free. Which I still didn't feel comfortable having them work on my eyes. I reached out to another place and they removed my lashes. The tech told me that they glued the lashes in all different directions and she had never seen anything like it before. I reached out to my friend who came to see how her lashes and eyebrow tint was holding up. She sent me a photo and a lot of her lashes fell out and her eyebrow tint didn't even last a week. She is already having to draw her eyebrows on. This was the worst eyelash experience I have ever had and would never recommend this place. They will try and charge you to fix mistakes they made and leave your lashes damaged. read more

I've visited this location twice. The first time was great I received brow lamination and an eyelash lift with tint. The Korean eyelash lift with tint lasted exactly 6 weeks like stated by the technician but I noticed they started curling a lot. They looked like my eyelashes were burned. I decided to give them another try, so I booked another appointment for only an eyelash lift. The initial results looked great, but after exactly 3 weeks the eyelashes on my right eye had gone back to normal. I tried calling them many times but they never answered, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had a really good Express GLOW BOOST FACIAL & Head Spa treatment with Gina this past Friday. My partner booked me a Groupon for a 30 minute facial & 45 minute head spa, with an appointment. I really have no notes for Gina & I think it's worthy to mention that my hair is not easy to manage (see pictured). But she did that! She was thorough, efficient, and very professional. The scalp & neck massage was fabulous and my hair felt very clean post service. She even sweetly took pictures for me! I would happily visit her again for a more in-depth treatment. But, I am very detailed & based on the additional information for my service/Groupon, some things that should've been included were missing. I didn't receive a microscope scalp analysis, but she did ask if I had any problem areas. I did not receive slippers when asked to undress in the service space but the spa bed is very comfortable. The space itself is pretty tight as it's about four stations in one room. You are asked to place your clothing/items underneath the spa/service bed in a small basket. Although, I did notice there were lockers available in the restroom. It was raining this particular day, but knowing that now, I would dress light to make it easier to maneuver & undress. My facial did not include microdermabrasion or acne extraction but, those were actually two things I didn't want or need this visit. The space is kind of small but it's clean, as is the restroom. The staff was friendly & you can tip your stylist via cash or Venmo. I was offered hot tea while the blow dry portion occurred, in a shared two chair salon setup area near the front of the building. All the stylists' information is conveniently at the register with the receptionist. They are located in a shopping plaza with complimentary snacks in the lobby. I needed some self care after a long day of work. I made an appointment for headspa treatment, and it was very much needed. The headspa was much more than I expected. I haven't cut my hair for over a year, and it is super long and dry. My scalp felt a bit greasy and I really needed a good treatment. They did a great job washing my hair. My scalp felt clean and hair looks more revived. They also gave a great facial massage as well as massage do the neck and upper shoulder. I didn't even realize I had so much tension in my face until this. They played serene music and overall, this was super relaxing. I waited the full 3 days to see the final look of my eyebrows after the second brow lamination. The problem was, after the first wash the tint completely went away. Then I noticed my eyebrows lost the lamination and started falling out! They are crispy as well! I ensured I followed their after care instructions. I cannot express my frustration enough! I went to an esthetician to get a second opinion and she explained that my eyebrows are too over-processed now and I would not be able to get anything done to them until they heal. I called the salon to tell them about what was happening and the receptionist said the owner would call me and asked me to send a picture of my eyebrows. As of now, I have heard nothing from them once I sent the picture. I want a refund at this point. I even paid the extra money on the second round to ensure I got what I wanted.
