The place was nearly empty, yet it still took 45 minutes to get a simple egg, ham, and cheese sandwich--and that was after I had to ask about the order, only to be told it was never submitted. The staff seemed more focused on chatting and chilling than paying attention to the few customers they had. For two sandwiches, the total was $24, which made the long wait and lack of service even more frustrating. The ambiance is not clean, not organized, it is a cafe and mini market at the same time. The walls and ceilings are dirty, and there are flys and other flying insects all over the place. The food tasted fine once it finally arrived, but the order was incorrect, and the overall experience left a sour taste. Definitely not the level of service I'd expect from a neighborhood café on a slow morning.
