Rich, the owner, is truly an HONEST & HELPFUL bail bondsman. Of course I was trying to bail someone…read moreout of jail... I was so adamant about doing it that night but Rich was insistent that I listen to my lawyer & leave them in one more night due to certain reasons with the courts & the papers being "off." I had already put down more than half the bail money & wasn't able to access the rest of the money in the person's account until they were out. Rich was willing to accept more than half the bail & let me pay the rest once the person was out & got access to their bank account (& they were getting paid that week too). So he was EXTREMELY helpful and willing to work with us on payment & a very understanding person in general. Because I listened to Rich & my lawyer, the next day they were released & I ended up not needing to pay their bail anymore. Any other bondsman would have taken the money immediately and still expected the rest of the payment, on top of probably not being as helpful and willing to work out a payment plan for the rest of the bail money. Rich ended up refunding the money, I already put down, by check & even checked on us the next day & remembered to wish me Happy Bday. Truly a GREAT person & experience overall!
