THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. 2 bedroom condo move less than 2 miles away for $850 including a $40 tip…read more Correction: arrived 1.5 hours late. not 3 hours late. The updated time was 10:30a they arrived at 11:50a When I spoke to Castle Labor on the phone prior to my move. I was told they were experienced with moving Sleep Number beds. Their Yelp page specifically says that the movers are trained for 90 hours and the photos advertised showed everything being wrapped securely so that it would not break or get dirty. The two movers that were sent were very nice but neither were experienced with Sleep Number beds, which resulted in damage to one of the hoses. One of the movers watched a video how to take the bed apart for over an hour. While the other one stood around waiting because most of my stuff was big furniture but I still paid an hourly wage of $110 for two movers. The moving truck was dirty which resulted in my $10,000 bed getting dirty on top of being damaged. I was even asked if I had a mattress bag. Why would a professional moving company ask me for any packing or wrapping materials? Broken legs on my TV along with the frame on the top. A broken support beam on my recliner couch. Multiple pieces of scratched furniture It is a long drawn out process to file a damage claim...emails pictures schedule an appointment for someone to come out to assess damages. As if I don't have a life with work and travel. Never in my life have I had a moving company cause me so much stress. If you're reading this review, I would not recommend this company. I do have all the pictures and receipts and I will be submitting everything to support my claim.
