I am still waiting for that to happen. It keeps getting pushed back. It is the weather or we live too far out. We did not live too far out when they took the job. The last I was told is they will be out Monday, July 27. My items have been sitting on my deck for 3 weeks now. I would like to enjoy my new back yard. Brandon, the salesman, was great. The workers did a good job, and the job supervisor was nice. We had another estimate and we went with Rock and Block because we felt we were getting more for our money. I just want my job completed. I do not understand why it is taking so long to finish it.

WORST LANDSCAPING SERVICE EVER…read more Today, these horrible "landscapers" broke yet ANOTHER of my lawn ornaments/home decorations while they were cleaning up their mess from a tree trimming this morning (and for the record they did a very sloppy job of "cleaning up" - there are still flowers and fronds all over my porch). This one was a squirrel in my front window. Why were they aiming a BLOWER at my WINDOW? And of course I had to discover it for myself as they did not bother to report this to me even though they knew I was home (I had to move our truck so they could trim the tree so they knew I was here). This is the sixth or seventh time this has happened. They have broken or destroyed Christmas and Halloween decorations, lawn ornaments (including a very expensive wind spinner that was a gift from my mother in law), and other home decor items, and even one of our front windows. On one occasion, they even tripped a breaker by using our exterior outlet to power a portable microwave and did not notify us that they had done so, which resulted in our chest freezer losing power. By the time we discovered this, we had lost over $250 worth of frozen meat and food. I have complained to the company many times and the woman who answers the phone at Odyssey is very rude and abusive (she has actually insulted me on more than one occasion) when I have actually gotten through to her. Now when I call she never answers the phone and does not return my calls. This is completely unacceptable. I have tried to repair the squirrel statue (they left the pieces on the ground) but apparently some of the pieces were thrown out so it is not repairable. At this point I do not expect to be reimbursed for our collective losses, or even receive an apology, but I am so frustrated and tired of this. This company is poorly managed, and many of their employees are not well trained (if at all), are completely unprofessional, and many of them do not even speak English so it is impossible to communicate with them. The company needs to be held accountable for their poor practices, sloppy service, and careless employees.

They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. NX Level helped me get my HOA paperwork together and did some mock ups to supply. They also photocopied brochures and information on colors/styles so the HOA wouldn't come back to me with more questions. The day before the job Craig and I picked up all the plants from the nursery so those could be set where I wanted them. The team thorough with measuring, spray painting locations and details so location was important for my vision. The team worked very hard on my project, and paid attention to detail on my pavers. They were able to lay 2 types (front and back yard) and 2 colors in the backyard (Holland style). They planted many trees and shrubs, and set up the irrigation on multiple valves to ensure even watering and hopefully a long life for my plants! They laid turf, which is perfectly flat and stretched. They built a step up patio, and included under step lighting, tree lighting and walkway lighting.
