Not good: 11 hours with a 4 man crew, over $1900. Not to move, just pack and load a house where we did A LOT of prep. 4 bd 3 ba. Nearly all of the garage items packed and staged. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

I called and spoke to several places regarding quotes and availability. Quick and Easy Movers truly did make this as quick and easy as possible for me! I did get a lot of quotes, and it was kind of wild how much the range can vary. After some back and forth via text messages with Quick and Easy, I was able to get what I consider a very reasonable rate. I booked a few weeks out, so whenever I had any questions or concerns, I was able to communicate with them through text, and they were very responsive! This was ultra convenient. Outstanding communication! The movers themselves were great! They actually were there almost 30 minutes early! (Which was awesome for me because I was just sitting there waiting for the time window to start at that point anyways). They were total professionals when it came time for the move. They went slowly, were very careful with my items and also very careful not to tag the walls either. I really appreciate that they took their time to be careful. Also, you don't HAVE to get the truck through them. They have a rate where, if you provide your own truck, you can save a bit of money. Personally, I figured I had enough to be concerned with on moving day, so I paid for them to provide it. Again, very reasonable rates IMO. After unloading the last of items, I was able to pay using Zelle. They worked for 3 hours and 15-20 minutes but rounded down to 3 hours flat when it came time to charge. This was so incredibly appreciated! :) I am very, very happy with my experience with Quick N Easy Movers and would absolutely recommend them! If I end up moving in the next few years, they will be the first place I call! 5 stars.

THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. My request was not a big job for them and time was of the essence. The seller of the furniture I purchased had new pieces coming and needed the old furniture moved asap. I spoke with Jarom when I called, he listened and understood my situation. Jarom made a call and quickly got back to me. I met the two guys from Big Ben's at the house within 2 hours..they were friendly, professional and got the furniture moved quickly. Such a pleasant experience I would highly recommend this company!
