I also asked the doctor to sign my Florida Covid Vaccine paperwork as my primary care doctor is in NJ, but he wouldn't. I've had cortisone, and gel injections but nothing is helping with the pain. The doctor does not prescribe anything to help with the pain, so now I wait for my insurance to see if they feel an MRI may show what's going on. Today I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, and that was for a 1pm appointment, which I didn't expect since they close 12-1pm for a lunch break. Who knows what is next.

He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. I had an MRI done at this facility and was given a copy of the images upon request with a promise…read morethat the doctor would be receiving all the info he required; Images and the correlating report. I came to find out that the report that was written up to accompany the images didn't match. I have Endometriosis, but the written report came back completely clear and normal, which is an impossibility because I have several large cysts that need to be removed. I also found out my doctor only received the written report and no images. I told him I had the cd and he looked at it and confirmed the images were mine, but the report just doesn't match. Now, I am not a rich woman and I have been going through hell since getting my diagnosis, having to do test after test, doctor after doctor. I wasn't happy when I was told I had to get an MRI, especially when I learned it would cost me $425. I paid the money through my HSA and the money has been taken out, but I am still getting harassing phone calls from the billing department saying they never got paid. I've told them several times I have paid it, but now I'm even more pissed because I paid a huge amount of money for something they screwed up in the first place. I was scheduled for surgery Thursday July 25, 2019 to remove my cysts, however the surgery was cancelled because I didn't have the proper report to go with the MRI and the doctor didn't feel comfortable to do the surgery. So, once again I am stuck in debilitating pain waiting in limbo to find out what my next move is. My biggest concern is that someone else is out there with my report under their name probably freaking out thinking they have an illness they don't even have. This facility totally dropped the ball on this one and should be looking forward to a malpractice suit.
