During a recent visit, the PA/Nurse was curt when I raised and expressed the need for review of other related issues. She mentioned it was a follow-up appointment and that those issues were not part of the visit, and she would need to consult the doctor for further review. The point is that the issues were directly related to the follow-up need. Despite needing only 30 minutes, I received pushback, and the doctor seemed annoyed when I asked questions and expressed concerns. This made me feel as if I were being talked down to and treated like a child ultimately the visit was rushed when there was no reason to do so. I was on time and their was no fault on my part and when I scheduled I noted exactly what the need was. I understand that being a practitioner is challenging, especially in a teaching institution, but it is never acceptable for a provider to show the disdain that this provider showed. I will seek healthcare elsewhere and caution others that the care provided by UCF lacks quality, compassion, and care.

I will not go there again they also left my friend sitting in the waiting room till three in the morning to be admitted and then they said oh we mistakenly admitted you don't go there it could be a life or death decision!

Luckily, my health insurance app provided information about nearby in-network urgent care centers. Since I had an hour-long drive back home, I was unsure if I would be able to make it back safely. The staff at the urgent care center noticed how much pain I was in and quickly accommodated me. They checked my vital signs and offered me water. They then lowered the patient bed and helped me rest while I waited for the doctor. Although I knew that the center couldn't run any tests to determine the cause of my pain, it was a relief to be able to get checked up and stabilized before driving back home. I'm surprised that this facility hasn't received any reviews yet, so I'm leaving a 5-star review to help them get started.

I treated with her for Cardiology and she preceeded to tell me what the Vascualr MD would do without even looking at the records from the hospital. I would NEVER refer anyone to treat with Jae Won as Im not confident in her as a medical provider. I felt like she seen a black girl and didn't want to take the time to really discuss my Concerns and this is the first time I have felt like this in all the years I've treated at that office. She need a DEI class if she is going to treat all demographics. It's terrifying to get a diagnosis then to have a provider treat you like it doesn't matter. I want to add that the front desk NEVER answers the phone. I had to drive to their office 3 times in one week to get appointments and clarification on authorization. Just ridiculous!
