Lots of culturally inappropriate items like abalone shells, unethically sourced sage... The owner is very nice but not informed. When i questioned where the sage was sourced they didn't know. They said out west, and all hand picked --- which means poached. I own a shop in Salem, Ma myself- similar to this store...i know stones, chakras, and i do many types of readings. Nothing in the store is priced -- you will be shocked at the register. I bought some items to be support the small business but many items said "made in China" on the bottom, no price tags, and no explanation of the items. I was bored while my family slept in so O decided to visit the nearest metaphysical shop to get my witchy on. At first, from the outside. It looked kinda like an old pawn shop and I was like hmmm. But the inside was pretty fabulous, with just rows of crystal and a wide selection of awesome stuff, including my favorites - tarot and jewelry. I found a new deck and a crystal I didn't know I needed and of course a book, which wouldn't surprise anyone who knows me. Staff was busy interviewing someone for a job and then chatting with some other walkins they knew. They helped me when I asked and left me alone even though I took forever to pick a travel deck - so all my customer needs were met and I give them a five out of five for service and a five out of five for selection. While vacationing in Tampa, Fl, I asked a friend about different places where I could buy some crystals and incense, and just shop around. She referred Earth Angel Gifts. When we walked into the store, we were greeted by a very friendly gentlemen (he gave me his card later, but I forgot his name). He was very helpful and assisted both of us with selecting our crystals, per our individual needs and request. He definitely was funny, and just kept the conversation very amusing and interesting. The store is small, but holds lots of goodies for those that are interested in candles, crystals, incense, and just about every other item that you may be interested in. Overall, there was a good vibe and energy in the store, and with the staff. And when I charged and cleaned my crystals when I returned back home, and I surprised with the outcome. Beware of the deceitful, fraudulent owner!!!! Lysa Bozel is a disgrace to the spiritual community! Oversaturated prices, inaccurate readings, and more. I hope with this detailed review, others can learn from my mistake(s). I stumbled into this shop thinking it was Royal Suzie (colorful building, next door) and it was in fact -- anything but. Dark, Smokey, smelly. The energy upon entering this place was SO off but I dismissed my intuition because this was my first time in this"metaphysical" store and I wanted to keep an open mind. As I walked in through the back of the shop (which was my first mistake) nothing indicated the address or name of the store. Clearly, she does this for a reason as she wants you to think you're in her competitors store (Royal Suzie). I almost didn't enter because of this, and looking back now, obviously wish I never did. If you do your research, you'll see that Royal Suzie is completely different and has better and more authentic reviews (that she doesn't bribe customers for/make up herself) and camaraderie all around. After entering, I was immediately greeted like a vulture by the snake herself, I mean, shop "owner", Lysa, (who apparently took over this place as the new owner not even a year ago.) At first she didn't strike me as a con artist, but let me just say that after my interaction with her -- labeling her as such doesn't even began to scratch the surface...and that's putting it lightly. Once Lysa sensed the slightest bit of vulnerability in me, all she could see were dollar signs. She is clearly very money driven and will put on her best facade to get what she intends to out of you. Never ONCE was she EVER upfront about the cost of any of her products or services that she was recommending or more like aggressively pushing onto me. At any slight moment where I showed the least bit of hesitation she would insist that I was operating from a "lack" mentality and needed to not care so munch about money. Perhaps she should take her own advice there. Through the things I did end up regretfully purchasing from her, she was apparently OVER charging me, adding on random fees she labeled as "taxes" and never ONCE did she provide an itemized receipt, even though she had my phone number AND email at this point through the check out process. My mistake for not doing my due diligence as I didn't realize this until after the fact, but never the less, apparently this is a common theme for her anyway, if you look at the comments she hasn't yet somehow had deleted or flagged with google. Moreover, her products are awful and do not hold up well. I saw a few broken pieces on display, so I should have known better and should not have been so surprised when my items broke not even 24 hours after I had them. Not to mention, the reading she provided for me was awful at best, completely impersonal and tacky, held in the middle of the shop where we were often interrupted by her tending to other shoppers. I could have gotten more out of some juvenile wannabe zodiac blog or magazine section. She has no idea what she's doing or talking about, but she's obviously well versed in making it appear like she does, in true swindler fashion. The universe works in mysterious ways though and I ended up getting in touch with the owner of Royal Suzie, the shop in which I stupidly thought I was in this entire time. Turns out, I'm a gullible idiot for ever thinking I was, but also, Royal Suzie's 5 star reviews DO NOT LIE. Megan is the owner of that place and an absolute GEM. She certainly didn't have to make up for Lysa's deceitful behavior, but she did and apparently has in the past for others as well. Because that's what true, genuine healers do. They are the light that drives out the darkness. Megan's authenticity is what originally initially brought me to this area when I was searching for a spiritual shop -- and I'll be back again.... This is honestly one of the most beautiful stores I have ever been to. From the minute you walk in your welcomed with a the wonderful scent of incense burning, greeted with a friendly face and relaxing music while you shop. There is sooo much to see here yet the store isn't cluttered at all. I was able to get a tarot and astrology reading. I will absolutely be back! Love love love this hidden gem. I'm new to the area and decided to visit the store today to find a new local spiritual shop. In terms of COVID-19 precautions they have a sign on the front door that states that you must wear a mask to enter and everyone in the store was wearing a mask. I have a service animal that accompanies me everywhere I go due to my medical conditions. As I walked into the store, there were two men standing by the checkout area, one behind the counter and one in-front of it. It was not clear to me who was a customer or if they were both employees. The man in-front of the counter looked at me then at the man behind the counter stated 'Really. She's wearing a mask' pauses and looks at my service animal then rolls his eyes. The man behind the counter said something but it was not audible to me. I looked at both them and stated 'What' since they both staring at me. I followed by stating my dog is an ADA compliant Service Dog and small dogs can be service dogs as well, there is nothing in ADA that states otherwise'. The man behind the counter goes 'yeah yeah yeah, I'm just looking at how cute he is'. The man in-front of the counter is still rolling his eyes. As I walked around the store, I felt both of these men still looking at me on occasions and talking. Now, do I know what they were talking about? Sometimes. It was audible where I can hear them talking about the products in the store, other times it was not audible so I'm not sure what was being said. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. These two men made me feel as if I was not wanted and did not belong. They also tried invalidate my service animal. Yes, he is a small breed but ADA does not have any rules stating a dog has to be a certain breed, weight, or size. I was also not asked the two questions from ADA that business are allowed to ask. My service dog is a medical alert service dog, he knows before me when somethings is wrong. He alerts me when something is wrong so I can take the precautions needed in that moment dependent on the alert. Looking at me you cannot tell that I have disabilities or debilitating medical conditions, I look able-bodied. However, I have an autoimmune disease that is destroying my immune system and causes immense pain along with Breast Cancer. I honestly should not have to write out what my medical conditions are but I know I would probably get comments or a response that I look able-bodied. It is frustrating that individuals treat individuals with legitimate service animals like this. I will not frequent this store again nor did I purchase anything from them. Again, I have never felt so uncomfortable or unwanted in a business before all because I had my service dog with me. Due to these situations I have made sure that I am well versed with ADA's rules on service animals. The following is from ADA's website (https://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm) : "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task." read more

I had high hope for this place, but unfortunately, I was let down. I got my cards read by Linda (nuts), and she completely stretched her readings to earn a dollar. Instantly, she was trying to sell me rocks and potions. Beware, Linda will start with positive predictions that will relate to anyone and then make some negative consequences. He/Her/its strategy is to observe your numerology and compare it to a tarot card number; moreover, she will then "double down" by making you pick another tarot card. The concept is flawed, because the number from your numerology can match the card that is drawn. Also, she tried this for every month of 2020-2021. Tarot cards do not predict the future; when in the right hands, they could give insight to how one can improve their lifestyle. Tarot card and numerology do not describe death or the exact death of loved ones.
