Caught some ice and slide up a snow berm such a bad day. Steve and his crew were amazing. Had a quick estimate done completed promptly. Other shops gave me a 3 month lead time on parts. Steve had them in 3 weeks. They Called me and said they had the parts in from the manufacturer , they kept on top of what was needed and kept me informed. I dropped off my car on Monday had it back in pristine condition looking amazing by Thursday. keeping me perfectly on schedule for when I needed it back. He was proactive with taking pictures of the damage and explained the entire process to me. He worked directly with my insurance and communicated with me the entire time. I have taken two cars here for body repair and have been pleased both times. The repair estimate was much lower than the ones I received from two other places. Not only that, but both times my cars were finished earlier than expected and cars looked phenomenal like no damage had even existed before. On my current car, they initially weren't even sure they could save my door but exceeded my expectations and managed to fix it without getting a new door, saving me time and money. I'll start off first saying they did a good repair and paint, and thats important. They were quality in what they actually did. But what was frustrating was that after having started the repair, they called and stated they forgot something in the original price quote and it was going to be an extra $600. They then blamed it on a big storm we had in the area, even though I received the price quote before the storm happened. They admitted forgetting and failing to send me the actual expanded quote by email. When I stated I was going to have to give them a negative review for what they had done, they arrogantly stated I could go for it and that they'd love a bad review, they have so much work right now... So, here's to say I won't be going back there. The actual work they did was good, but the way they treated me was not, and I feel they were dishonest. I Wish I wouldve gone with my other quote which would've been about the same price but for everything to actually be done. read more

This was probably the third or fourth time we've brought our vehicle to Metal Creek for auto body repairs. They, as usual, did an AMAZING job. My vehicle came back looking brand new after having a whole side of it practically demolished when someone hit me. One of the best things they do is deal with the insurance companies for you! I hardly had to do anything at all, which was fantastic. They detailed my car before giving it back to me - getting into a sparkling clean car after having it in the shop for so long was wonderful. Steve's a great guy. Everyone is friendly and will do what it takes to please the customer. They came highly recommended by quite a few friends. They loved my car as much as i do, and that matters! Even if they are extremely busy, they will find time to figure out your problem/needs. Trusting someone with a $xx,xxx car is important. I'd trust these guys with a Rolls Royce hands down.
