Bought metal they had sample ,they ordered the wrong material, it my fault have not got the money and they got the metal back,listen to how they trick you into buying whatever they got .alro is a honest and respectable the only reason I went too such a off the grid company because they said they could get it, they lied and even talked too the owner said he return the credit if i bought 40 thousand dollar worth of different product to get 1 thousand dollar credit, as you can see what kind of people your dealing with,slippery ,never buy a single piece of metal without seeing a sample first,never agree until you see what you are getting,,been in buisness since 91 and never ripped people off like these people did me. read more

They are open on Saturday mornings; seriously! This place just turned my 4th of July and the two weekends surrounding it from bad to phenomenal. My personal watercraft trailer had a failure and required an eight foot length of 1.75" square aluminum tube. If I could not find such a tube with zero notice on a short week, there would be no way to get the craft into the water. Found some options online for this tube, would have required overnight shipping, and on an awkwardly long and heavy package like that, overnight would have been hundreds of dollars at a minimum. Started searching around online, found Metal Supermarkets, and this particular location had Saturday hours. No answer; left a message. Had a call back in ten minutes, they had what I needed in stock in up to 24 foot length, would custom cut it to the exact length I needed. I drove over, was out the door with the exact length tube in 20 minutes. Came home, fixed the trailer, I'm now geared up for a great week. They had all kinds of random metal products in the warehouse; it was amazing. They'll cut and drill for you, do bulk orders, etc. read more

Very easy to work with, and great prices. Raul, Becky and Brian are all extremely friendly and flexible. They treat all customers as equals, even if you're buying small quantities. We have had several small-scale projects we've worked on, and Brian, who owns the joint, has called me personally and even stopped by our shop was up in Holiday to help us with trying to figure things out. I contacted Metal Supermarkets for a quote. Raul answered by inquiry early in the morning and told me to bring in my metal plates. These folks were very nice. Brian sheered my plates exacted how I measured them. They fitted perfectly. I love to support local businesses especially one that is running by a group of people who are very nice and customer focus. They have a bunch of tools, and machines inside their building for pretty much any metal fabrication needs. This place will be my go-to place for any metal jobs in the future and I strongly recommended you to give them your business. They've earned mine. read more

Unfortunately the owner of these two shops in Tampa doesn't stand behind his company. The man himself wrote down the order and it was incorrect three times. When we went in the third time I told him what was still wrong and he argued with me and told me I ordered it incorrectly. I originally showed him the picture of what I was trying to do and went over all of it with him in great detail there is no reason it should still be wrong. The parts are unusable I told him to make it right and he refused. Charged me extra to re cut his mistakes and refused any refund. It's a waste of 700 dollars, but even more disappointing is how he chose to handle their mistakes. People and businesses make mistakes, it happens that's life. But a reputable company handles it and makes it right to the customer. This company doesn't do that. So...no matter how detailed you are, be prepared for there to be a mistake if you chose to deal with this company their pricing was reasonable but now since I'm buying the material twice it was a poor decision to go with them. read more
