It ran for a couple of cycles and stopped. Called the company the next day, explaining the situation, we were told to bring it back, and he would fix it. Took it back, and it was going to take a little bit of time to repair. Instead of having me sit there and wait, I was told to just pick out another one. These people are the nicest and easiest people to work with. I will continue to come here as needed, and I will recommend them to anyone.

We had additional issues 11 months out from buying it and we are now told that the fridge is in bad shape and would need an $800 repair. They were not willing to accommodate us, but just give us free delivery on an additional fridge, if we were to purchase it. It makes me sad that we wasted our money on this appliance center for a fridge that couldn't even last 1 year.

I chose to order it myself based on his recommendation, and he returned to install it. Just a few weeks later, the washer broke again. When I called the company, I was told that because I had purchased the part myself, neither the part nor the labor was covered under warranty, and I would have to pay for another service call and repair. I understand why they wouldn't warranty a part I purchased elsewhere, but I don't understand why I have to pay again for labor and another service call when the repair failed so quickly. More importantly, the technician never explained that using my own part would void any warranty on the labor. Had I known that, I would have made a different decision. Customers should be aware of this policy before deciding to purchase their own replacement parts. ****Response to below***** Mark left a voice message first stating that it was unfair that I gave a one star view and that he would repair at a discount in order for me to properly rate his company. The technician didn't state to me that the labor or warranty would be null and void if I got the part from Amazon; the very part that the technician helped me order on Amazon. He gave me the part number and pointed to it before ordering. Yes, I didn't read the fine print. I trusted that the technician and the company he worked for would not steer me wrong. I never said during the phone call that the labor was not the problem. How would I know which failed the part or the labor? I only knew that my washer was broken again. Mark offered to fix again for yet another fee. I declined. The trust is gone. We have all needed repair companies. When you find one that is great, you use them over and over and pass their contact information to others. The same goes when you find one that doesn't have your best interests. I read all the one star reviews for Hartman. The responses from the company are all condescending and quick to say "not our fault". These are the companies that should be avoided.

Ryan was there the next day on time and ready to go. The plumber had left the plug from the dishwasher to the drain in the sink in!!!! I try to be fair and understanding to all the service people that I deal with. But for all of you considering using Bageard service they are expensive and they don't stand behind their work. No call on Monday like I was told they would call me. Called Tuesday, the manager was not in but she would call me...no call Wednesday. I called Wednesday afternoon and told them I was canceling my credit card charges as I had not received my sewing machine, not to mention no phone calls that I had been promised. Once I threatened to cancel the credit card payment a member did call to say the machine would be in the next week. The same member called me the next day to say the machine had been delivered to their warehouse, but they would not deliver to the store until Wednesday. I told him I might not make it to the store by 5:30, due to where I work and the afternoon traffic. He assured me he could wait for me to arrive. I called the store and Alexis answered the manager and was told she had to leave early...so I am on my way.... Made it to get my machine I ordered.... The box was closed, I asked if the bonus package was with the machine. Alexis assured me it was in the box. We loaded the box and off I went.
