They could improve by having an after care list and a hand out explaining what we will go through before and after procedure. I'm a 60 year old woman my body is going to act different. Have numbers that we can call if we are worried or concerned about what we are experiencing. Take notes and make sure the right pharmacies are called. Treat people with kindness. I got in trouble because I was calling because I was in pain , and I was trying to find out where my medications were called into. Part of my meds were called into a pharmacy I don't use. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! I spent $1K + travel expenses to be thrown into 10 months of SEVERE Fight or Flight Panic Mode!! I trusted them based on reviews in Long Covid groups. But it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Imagine already having a severely dysregulated nervous system, and spending money you don't have in desperate hopes of feeling better, only to be treated with utter disrespect and unprofessionalism, and then have ALL of your symptoms multiply EXPONENTIALLY! And then be met with denial and avoidance when you explain this to them! I spoke with someone a week after my 2 SGBs, and told her that I was in a state of severe PANIC since the treatment - she said that she would have the doctor contact me!! NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME!! My Experience They knew I was driving from out of state, yet they still canceled & rescheduled my appointment multiple times. Then on the day of the appointment, they left multiple messages that I needed to come an hour early. I was driving through a windy canyon with barely any cell reception. When I called back, they didn't answer. So I drove faster in order to get there - then I couldn't find their office & they never answered the phone (I tried for 20 straight minutes). The office has 2-3 different names & 2 locations & the name on the building wasn't where I had booked. So, I was extremely panicked during the SGB. My BP was 193/105, which is a Hypertensive Crisis!!! Neither nurse understood how to take BP - one of them tried to take it through my thick jacket, the other put it on backwards and so loose that it fell off. I had to adjust it each time, AND I had to ask repeatedly for them to take it again before I left to make sure that I wasn't still at crisis level. Lisa didn't think my BP was an issue, or that it would affect my outcome!! I did not get the full Horners Syndrome, just a very very slight drooping of one eye, but nothing else. I still felt extremely panicked! Afterwards, I overheard the nurse complaining that she wasn't going to make it to some event, and I realized that's why they moved my appointment up at the very last minute! They had zero respect for the fact that I drove hundreds of miles over several days in hopes of regaining my health, and they ruined my entire experience, and the next 10+ months of my life, so that the nurse could get off early that day!! Lisa said that we could redo it the next day on the other side since it didn't take (at full price). I was so desperate that I agreed! My BP was still high, even after spending $100 on BP supplements, and doing deep breathing & mediation. Again, she wasn't concerned about my BP, and didn't show any empathy for my situation, which they had put me in!!! They did the left side - I had a bit more of a Horners response, but still did not feel ANY relief. She said it might take time. I drove home slowly over the next few days, with my heart racing and a feeling of 24/7 Panic. Once home, I couldn't get out of bed for many days. My BP has been erratic ever since, I haven't been able to function other than the 12 hours per week that I work in order to barely pay rent - and I have to pace myself for days in order to work those 2 days, and then over caffeinate myself those days! I have lost my business because I can't help my clients when I can't think straight from being in a 24/7 Fight or Flight Panic mode!! The unprofessionalism of their staff was astounding! I have worked in the medical and spa industries for over 3 decades, and I've never seen such incompetence across the entire staff, from front desk who never answer the phone, to medical assistants/nurses who don't know how to take BP, to the "doctor" who didn't think a hypertensive crisis was an issue, and who brushed off all of my concerns, and never called me back!! And now I'm stuck in fight or flight, and PTSD panic mode with erratic blood pressure, and in a horrible financial situation because of their incompetence! Nice people,. That's all the good I can say about this company I was denied service because I missed two phone calls that they call education classes. So now im denied service for 6 months. I have stenosis, DDD and live with CRONIC pain, numbness and pain in rt. side of body. They have no problem canceling on me, leave last min messages but don't answer phone when you need to speak to them If you are on medicaid and have back pain they will try steering you to this clinic. read more

My very first appointment I had to navigate multiple doors labeled Metamorphosis before I found the correct door just to check in. I waited in the lobby at least 20 mins or more before taken to see the clinician. The Clinician was 5 Star. She listened to my concerns, never kept me waiting long, and respected and supported my desire to get to the source of the pain instead of just feeding me pills indefinitely. The only downside was that I had to wait a full month to have the follow-up for running tests. And oh btw, the front desk guy forgot to have me fill in the new patient paperwork so I had to ask for it myself. So a month later I've confirmed my appointment and I'm on my way but I get stuck at a traffic light that skipped my side 3 times. Subsequently I try to call their office 3 times to inform them of my predicament and no one answers. I walk through the office door at 5 mins and 30 secs late, the guy at the front desk practically twiddling his thumbs (instead of answering my calls) and he says that I'm more than 5 minutes late so I have to reschedule. The guy proceeded to argue with me and try to tell me I was later than I actually was - which was a straight up lie. And he starts treating me like I'm a crack head trying to get a fix when all I'm there for is test results. Then he reschedules me for another 2 weeks out. So it's going to be almost 2 months before I can go over test results, that's not even treatment! 5 minute tardy rule that doesn't even allow a minor adjustment for individual cases is a joke and unrealistic. Especially when I'm expected to wait on them for 20+ minutes when I Do arrive on time. Additionally lying to me and treating me disrespectfully when patients like me are who keep them in business is unacceptable. read more

I was less than impressed on my first visit. The provider spoke in such a loud voice that I am sure everyone within a city block could hear her - what about privacy. O ;literally went home with a headache from the volume. I am not deaf. She spoke to me like I was a 5 year old child, not able to understand what she was trying to convey. My primary doctor had prescribed my pain meds to bridge to the day of appointment. This provider informed me that she would not prescribe meds until my second visit 2 weeks away and told me to go back to my primary for another bridge Rx (which I was unable to obtain as they only write 1 bridge.) When I went to schedule my second appointment I was told that I needed a patient information appointment first. The scheduler said this is usually a telemed appointment but when I said I don't do telemed he said he would schedule me for in-office. The appointment was set. I received several confirmation emails and even an day-of text reminder. When I arrived at the office 5 minutes before appointment time the door was locked.
