He was very aware of my financial situation as single Mother and pretended to be sympathetic. Because of financial constraints and also the feeling that nothing was being accomplished I requested his withdrawal and the return of my remaining retainer. From this point on, he ignored multiple emails and text messages and refused to return my remaining monies. In an effort to simplify the process and save everyone time and money the Defendants Attorney (I am the Plantiff) suggested all parties sign an Assented Motion for Withdrawal and we could all proceed without wasting money and time in court. Peter continued to ignore emails from me and the Defendants Attorney requesting his signature on said documents. Instead, in his very calculated and greedy mode of operation, he chose to attend court so that he could continue using my remaining retainer while knowing full well the dire financial situation I was in. Please please do not hire this Attorney. You will regret your decision. I am so upset with myself that I didn't take the negative reviews written more seriously. As a single Mother working full time, I am already dealing with a lot of stress so to have the stress of this and feeling completely betrayed and taken advantage of is heartbreaking.

I may not be the ideal client for them, they may think that they are of the elite and why should a simple Marine bother them, however, simple human dignity should not stop at their (only in self only) ivory doors. A simple no would have sufficed but to be blown off and dismissed is inconceivable to me. I have earned the right to at least be heard and unfortunately THIS firm decided that I was a "deplorable " and not worthy. I am so embarrassed that I even sought them out it makes my skin crawl.
