Instead of scanning tickets (the ones with the barcode), they were looking it up by name. Then, they stated anyone under 21 had to pay a $5 minor charge! No mention of this on the website, tickets or venue info. Just an outright money grab. Could have made some points up by foregoing the $5 and saying sorry we made you wait in the rain for an hour and miss the beginning of the show. Instead, we got attitude from the meat head working the counter. Be aware that this was a Christian music concert, so between sets the venue blared gangster rap with vulgar lyrics, knowing full well there were children in the crowd. Just absolutely classless.
