But enough about that. Regardless of my injury, they always see me the same day or next day. Dr. Saenz is always awesome. He gives you the best option for treatment and a couple of others for stubborn, hardheaded people who refuse to slow down like me. Believe me, if it calls for a shot, SUCK IT UP and take the shot! My biggest issue in the past was the parking. They were located in the doctors building at St Francis in Bartlett. Now they have a fantastic new facility across the street from the hospital. The office is very nice, the waiting room is huge wit comfy seating and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend Dr. Saenz and Tabor Orthopedic to everyone.

Ferguson does not care about you individually, he's more so there to waste your time and money. I'd recommend going to Dlabach, or Lochemes they truly care and can set up a plan to help you out. I've seen a lot of doctors I have tons of medical issues and I rarely find bad doctors but between Campbell's clinic and MOG there two are the worst.

But, I know there is no physician with her expertise along with her professionalism combined any where else locally to be found. The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! PS: Dr Lee-Sigler personal assistant is a dream.

I had also previously had a terrible experience with another doctor, among other things, and I had just about given up on being treated decently. In walks Dr. Christian and he immediately made me feel comfortable! I told him how I was feeling, and he listened. Dr. Christian went over my prognosis thoroughly and explained that I would need surgery. I was still pretty pissed off about how the OTHER doctor (if you want to call him that) had treated me, so I was not in a good headspace at all that day, but Dr. Christian understood that and made me feel so much better. He told me to let that experience go, to trust him, and I did. I DID have the surgery with Dr. Christian, and I must say everything went GREAT! It was also a very emotional day for me because my surgery day fell on the birthday of my dog that recently died, but the surgical staff understood that too, and helped dry my tears before I went into the surgery room. I would like to say I could not have asked for a better experience even if I wanted to. My post- surgical care has also been great. YES, ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY IS PAINFUL, and I HATE going to physical therapy!!!! There is no way around that, but my pain is being managed. I would recommend ANYONE who is facing rotator cuff surgery to Dr. Christian and the entire staff! By the way, I am a worker's compensation case, so please do not feel like you will be treated any less than if that's the case because I wasn't, and that's the TRUTH!!!!!!! It has been 19 months and to this day I have trouble walking, swelling, climbing steps, falling,etc. Dr. Ferguson was my surgeon and I would not recommend him. I was experiencing problems post surgery, but his assistant would not let me schedule with him. The physical therapist told me it sometimes takes a year for the swelling to go down. That is because the surgeon is not lible after a year. I have seen 3 orthopedic surgeons and they just say my knee is not infected and in place. I am not able to work like this anymore and will probably have to go on disability.

He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.

I love the rehab/PT is next door to doctor's office. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful. When you call they are nice and when you come in they are nice, personable and genuine. The xray techs are so helpful and take their time when assisting you. A doctor's office is made on the clerical staff and these ladies are top tier. I was there one day when staff was on the phone with someone who was lost and she never sounded frustrated or made any side comments while assisting. Orthopedic issues are painful and you want an attentive compassionate staff and this place delivers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't feel like a patient but a friend stopping by. Barkley completes paperwork in a timely manner necessary for your job and return calls are prompt as well. I am 58yo and had recent hip revision and Danielle and Dr. Toy were AMAZING from beginning to end. I didn't have to call in then wait for someone to call me back when I had a question about medication. I used the app to communicate and Danielle's response time was great. Dr. Toy followed up with me by phone several times after my surgery and urged me to reach out for anything via his cell. What surgeon you know giving out their cell number?
