Dr. Bishay UROLOGY, was amazing but trying to get your phone calls answered for appointments or anything, you could not get anyone to answer. You always had to leave your number and you never received return call. So we switched doctors and they were super great with their phone response and appointments. Dr. Bishays office finally returned the first Call 2 weeks after we already had an appointment with a different doctor and facility. And today, at least 6 weeks after the no response from his office, they returned a call asking if I wanted a biopsy which had already been done by my new doctor. The pediatric department is what I am ONLY rating five stars. They are exceptional and have been in our family since my first born was a few months old. The receptionists, nurses, and the pediatricians have all showed cared. They get back to us when we leave voicemail or email the nurse. The general care would get a one star for the way their nurses speak to patients. I had one appointment for an std screening and the nurse had the nerve to say "you know these tests cost money" while preparing me for the doctor to come in. I regret not immediately report them. Fired me from the practice for "missing appointments" I only had two office visits and a lab draw and showed up for all of them, 15 minutes early. Not compassionate or understanding; kept trying to palm me off on a "therapist" for stress. Wanted to change my blood pressure medications to things I had been trialed on before and was allergic to; I think I was fired for refusing to be injected with a dangerous drug for migraines that my insurance doesn't cover and was $300 every two weeks. And that after I SAID I really only have the Ocular migraine auras with vertigo that my eye doctor said were not caused by eye issues. Never felt comfortable with Dr. Hernandez; she wrote nasty judgemental things about me in my chart that will now follow me everywhere. read more

When calling to talk to a dr or nurse practitioner all you get is voicemail and no one calls you back. They take an average of three days to refill an rx as it sits on the drs desk for days before being looked at. Not happy at all with Melissa Hernandez office. Her office is nice to your face but they don't care about you once you leave. In California my drs remembered me and with all their patients. This is unsettling and not very patient friendly. Makes me think they don't care about my wellbeing. read more

I highly recommend seeing Mallory Callahan, PA-C to everyone I know. She is just wonderful! She is caring and compassionate and I feel that she really cares about her patients. read more
