We ask a lot of questions, we constantly fight with our insurance company to cover things for our son, and we probably drive all of our physicians crazy as a result. We're not the parents that call everytime our son sneezes, just a little more demanding. Despite all of this, Dr. Kratochvil is wonderful to us and to our son. Answers the questions. Supports our concerns. She is always willing to take the time to discuss anything we need. Unlike many physicians, she listens very well.
