Let me assure you this is the young man to hire for remedying your small dings and dents in your beloved vehicle. He is a cordial and cooperative young man that is honest, helpful, and receptive to answering all your concerns. Lester T. is a fine young man that was a joy to converse with on many subject matters. His intelligence level is impressive and appears to be beyond what is expected from those of his chronological years. By the way, his workmanship is absolutely outstanding as he takes immense pride in his craft that is truly indicative of an art form. My problem was with a good-sized ding several inches away from my Subaru gas tank door lid/cover. The problem was exacerbated by the ding location adjacent to the vehicle's body seam line that ran horizontal away from the gas tank door. While the ding was of good size, it appeared much larger to the eye as it was situated right beneath the body seam while also touching the upper portions thereof. The reflections of light off the ding/body seam grossly magnified the problem to be larger than it should have appeared. This was no optical illusion; it was the mirroring effect of light waves bending along a body crease line that should look straight and parallel. It was anything but straight with the ding, and the human eye went right to it. Ugh! Lester magically took his surgical tools out and drilled a small hole -- that he would later plug with an aesthetically pleasing and self-sealing black rubber plug -- into the upper rear door jamb of the applicable passenger door in order to gain access to the problem. He proceeded to find the ding and patiently tapped the ding/small dent outward with various specialized tools. Voila! After proceeding like a skilled surgeon the body seam was straight again and the ding was gone! No more magnified illusions of bent light prisms to the eye due to the ding/dent. Do not waste your time and money incessantly waiting on a body shop that are notorious for 'high-jacking your car' so to speak and stringing you along time wise. He was prompt, came to you, and charged a very reasonable fee that will not break your wallet/bank account. He does the jobs the big-boys cannot fix, or if they do, may take your first born with it. I highly recommend him for your service needs. If he cannot repair your issue(s) he will provide you with several reputable and reasonable body people for your particular needs. During during our pre-scheduling emails it was apparent he knew what he was doing, and better yet he was completely upfront and honest about what my expectations should be. Total pro repair of a deep impact ding in a flat panel of a door from a wind driven shopping cart. Parked away from everything and everybody but that cart in 40mph wind had a mind of it's own. Got nailed in two spots by a single impact of a cart sailing across a parking lot. I had picked up a Subaru Legacy GT at auction as a project car. The engine was blown and the body was in rough shape with dings on almost all panels and a few larger dents. After I rebuilt the engine and had the car running well it was time to turn my attention to the body. Since I don't do body work I asked some auto painters I know about how to proceed. They both mentioned PDR before having the car painted and one mentioned Lester by name. After talking to Lester about the car I felt he was the guy. I wasn't sorry. My Audi S5 was dented in the rear door by another car's door in a parking lot. The dent was very near to front of the door and two other repair services said they didn't think they could get to it, after looking at the pictures. Lester answered right away, looked at the pictures, said that is common area for Audi's to get dented by doors, and he had a special tool to fix it. He came to my house, and in less than one hour he had removed the new dent and a tiny one a few inches away. The result was incredible. I am very demanding in quality. Try as I could, I could not find the areas of the dents. I even tried using a reflection of a straight line to see if I could see any distortion. This is pretty amazing. Lester was great. Wow is all I can say! Someone hit my parked 16' maxima in a parking garage and left me with a nasty dent in my front fender... After going to a couple body shops both telling me i should replace it. A couple of weeks ago, I found out that I had coverage for several small dents that I thought I would have to live with. Great communication. Lester Came to my house and did better than great job. He is very professional. Inspected vehicle with me prior to work to point out any existing flaws so I wouldn't think he caused any damage. When the job was done, it was better than I expected. Jaime came right out, less than an hour after I called him! I had a large branch come down during our last storm that hit and left about a 9" crease in one of the doors to our minivan. I tried to file a claim with our insurance company but the cost was less than our deductible. Jaime told me he can repair it in about two hours (in my own driveway) for approximately half of what the insurance estimate was. I said yes, please! When he finished, the van looked as good as new.
