I called back and was told it was too late, who knows what the charge will be to cancel and I would have to wait until next year. Next time I called for clarification, explaining I had other quotes for less money and was told the fee to switch would have been minor. Isn't that the reason to have an insurance agent? Not here. Rude and impatient and don't care what the customer pays. Agency doesn't shop for cheaper policies. I've been paying for a ton of unnecessary coverage on my vehicles that kept increasing.

There was no aommunication. I had to call and email multiple times, finally having to reach out to Peter Riley. I was charged over #400 yo do no income taxes as I'm on disability. When I inquired, Walter was nice enough to reduce the fee but when I asked about the tax issue I originally came in fir, I received an mail that said he didn't want to handle my taxes anymore, leaving me feeling totally vulnerable to the irs.
