Recommend you ignore the verbiage in the lease and towards the end of your tenancy, use your…read moresecurity deposit as your last month's rent. PSGJ will gut your deposit for owner related upgrades and lining the pockets of their employees/contractors, i.e. replace outlet covers; re-keying the unit, while at the same demanding you return the keys or pay for the re-key (their own office documented that the keys were returned), and repainting after only a year's tenancy for a unit which was left in pristine condition. Find an owner/landlord property without the third party, and GJ isn't very big but you'd be better off with any other management company besides PSGJ. Side note, met the actual owner of my property who is from GJ but now lives in Chicago. He was physically in my unit multiple times just a couple of weeks before I moved out and he thanked me for taking such good care of the apartment. Be willing to bet PSGJ didn't share their unscrupulous behavior with him or the other property owners they represent. This warning is for potential tenants, but landlords too should be wary of the company they keep.

I've been a tenant with PSGJ for 3 years. Under the previous management I would rate their service…read more3 stars. Under the new management communication and maintenance were a much better tenant experience but has significantly deteriorated. Getting the coolers turned on is getting harder each year. It is Memorial Day 2025 and my wife and I are both sick and stuck in a house that is 85 degrees because they keep delaying turning the coolers on. Also, admin is getting quite sloppy about basics. I've downgraded from 5 stars to 2.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about but my experience in 2026 is this...my apt is a lil…read moredated. Y'all it was built in the 80s but I don't care. The apartment is clean. The AC works so well that I have to turn it off. My kitchen is huge. My living room is spacious, I have a cute picture window in the living room. We have a small backyard, it could do a cute lil gazaboo and lights....my neighbors are quiet as hell, I smell a little weed in the distance, but idc, not my circus, not monkeys....I have absolutely zero complaints bc the maintenance guy is on point and so far the management takes care of all issues. I think the unit next to me is available. I would definitely recommend it.

By far the worst property management company my landlords have chosen. They lie and say they will…read morecall you back or say they are waiting for management to get back in the office but there is never a return call. Maintenance is slow at responding. I had to show maintenance that they didn't fix my water leak the first time. The property manager is super rude, wish I could remember her name cause she's awful. Maintenance does not call in advance. They ripped up the intake valve in the sprinkler system and just left it broken with never telling us anything. This place makes me miss Columbine property management cause at least they were responsive and actually got things fixed. If I wasn't forced to be with them I wouldn't. Steer as far away from this place as you can.

I am very disappointed in my experience with the Christi Reece Group. We chose this brokerage…read morebecause of their strong reputation and expected clear communication, professionalism, and a strong marketing effort. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. After more than 50 days on the market with only three showings, I started asking polite, straightforward questions about how we could improve visibility and activity on our listing. At no point was I disrespectful, accusatory, or aggressive. I never raised my voice, never insulted anyone, and never demanded anything beyond basic communication and a clear marketing plan. Despite this, my text messages were used as the primary reason for canceling our listing. In a later meeting with my husband, I was described as "aggressive," "a bully," and "texting nonstop," which was not only untrue but deeply disrespectful. My messages were strictly about the sale of my home, and I am fully willing to post the entire text exchange publicly if necessary, because I will not allow my character to be misrepresented. It felt as though, instead of addressing valid concerns about lack of visibility and communication, the team chose to shift blame onto me. That is not professional, nor is it acceptable--especially from a well-known brokerage that we trusted with the sale of our home. The way this situation was handled left me feeling extremely disrespected, dismissed, and uncomfortable continuing with their services. I believe it is important for other potential clients to know the kind of experience we had, and I sincerely hope the team reflects on how concerns are communicated and handled in the future.
