No children or pets were in my apartment. The cleaning bill was for 30 hours of cleaning! It was a small apartment, that was falling apart when I moved in. There is no way it would have been that much. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism.

PSGJ will gut your deposit for owner related upgrades and lining the pockets of their employees/contractors, i.e. replace outlet covers; re-keying the unit, while at the same demanding you return the keys or pay for the re-key (their own office documented that the keys were returned), and repainting after only a year's tenancy for a unit which was left in pristine condition. Find an owner/landlord property without the third party, and GJ isn't very big but you'd be better off with any other management company besides PSGJ. Side note, met the actual owner of my property who is from GJ but now lives in Chicago. He was physically in my unit multiple times just a couple of weeks before I moved out and he thanked me for taking such good care of the apartment. Be willing to bet PSGJ didn't share their unscrupulous behavior with him or the other property owners they represent. This warning is for potential tenants, but landlords too should be wary of the company they keep.

She will talk down to you in any way. I have several recordings and video as well as email proving this. When asked for her managers name, she declined to give that information. Furthermore, an inspector was to come clean the mold today at ten am. I am disabled and was trying to get out of the bed when he walked away. And showed understanding through the time we were with them. Even when high stress kicked in. When maintenance was needed they were on top of it getting things taken care of quickly. We would have enjoyed continuing to rent from them but they had no empty properties. (Great sign right!)

The AC works so well that I have to turn it off. My kitchen is huge. My living room is spacious, I have a cute picture window in the living room. We have a small backyard, it could do a cute lil gazaboo and lights....my neighbors are quiet as hell, I smell a little weed in the distance, but idc, not my circus, not monkeys....I have absolutely zero complaints bc the maintenance guy is on point and so far the management takes care of all issues. They lie and say they will…read morecall you back or say they are waiting for management to get back in the office but there is never a return call. Maintenance is slow at responding. I had to show maintenance that they didn't fix my water leak the first time. The property manager is super rude, wish I could remember her name cause she's awful. Maintenance does not call in advance. They ripped up the intake valve in the sprinkler system and just left it broken with never telling us anything. This place makes me miss Columbine property management cause at least they were responsive and actually got things fixed. If I wasn't forced to be with them I wouldn't. Steer as far away from this place as you can.
