I don't know what everyone is complaining about but my experience in 2026 is this...my apt is a lil…read moredated. Y'all it was built in the 80s but I don't care. The apartment is clean. The AC works so well that I have to turn it off. My kitchen is huge. My living room is spacious, I have a cute picture window in the living room. We have a small backyard, it could do a cute lil gazaboo and lights....my neighbors are quiet as hell, I smell a little weed in the distance, but idc, not my circus, not monkeys....I have absolutely zero complaints bc the maintenance guy is on point and so far the management takes care of all issues. I think the unit next to me is available. I would definitely recommend it.

By far the worst property management company my landlords have chosen. I had to show maintenance that they didn't fix my water leak the first time. The property manager is super rude, wish I could remember her name cause she's awful. Maintenance does not call in advance. They ripped up the intake valve in the sprinkler system and just left it broken with never telling us anything. This place makes me miss Columbine property management cause at least they were responsive and actually got things fixed. If I wasn't forced to be with them I wouldn't. Steer as far away from this place as you can.

We came here hoping and trusting that Premier Property Management would be a great rental…read moremanagement company. However, these people get angry at us when something in our house stops working , (hello....rental agreement?!?) and they IMMEDIATELY began to behave toward us like they HATED us! We are fantastic tenants. We have never been late on our rent, we keep a clean house and we ONLY ever call them when there's a problem we can't fix on our own. Angela, (the manager/owner) is a nightmare! She interrupts before we are even done telling her what issue we are having with our property, she yells at us, swears at us and hangs up the phone on us! That may sound unbelievable and that's because it is! She and her company are despicable! Kris was ok at the beginning, but out of nowhere, she only ever acts like she is Angela's puppet and behaves accordingly. I'll add more to my review after we move out of here. I'm pretty sure it will only get worse, and if I could leave zero stars right now, that's exactly what I'd do. We have never had a bad relationship with ANY business with whom we have interacted in the 10 years we have been married. Premier Property Management is reprehensible and scandalous and we cant wait to permanently put them behind us. Yuck! Do yourself a favor and listen to my review along with all of the other reviews about this company where people detest renting from Premier Property Management. Please DO NOT rent from these disgusting people, you'll regret it.

When we asked them to fix it, they thought it was funny, and had nothing more to provide than "taking four months to remedy the issue because of everybody's scheduling" while we move out of the place we just paid for two weeks ago as of this review, the maintenance lady assigned to our unit is rather rude and abrasive as well and did everything to try and shift the blame onto us. Nothing was done prior to us moving in to fix the bathroom, which was clearly the worst source of the mold, the protective barrier between the shower and the drywall wasnt even properly sealed and is peeling off of the drywall. We're going to get code enforcement and the department of health involved and see if they think its not worth taking seriously after that. This is my first time leasing a place, and all I can say after this experience, is that I wouldn't recommend leasing a dog turd from these absolute procrastinating cheapskates. This is a company that shouldn't even be in business anymore.

I was told by them, "Well, the mailman doesn't have to pick up your mail there." So I started personally driving it to the post office to make sure it's sent. Even then, they claimed it was late, and I got an eviction notice. I also tried setting up direct deposit, but they didn't charge my card on time--until I was right up against the next month's rent--and by then, my paycheck hadn't arrived yet. That was their error, but I was still penalized, kicked off the direct deposit option, and now I get hit with late fees--hundreds of dollars--when it's out of my control. And to top it off, their staff has been unprofessional and rude when I've asked for solutions. I'm sharing this because I'm tired of being treated like I'm doing something wrong when I've done everything possible. Anyone else had experiences like this? Not to mention, their office is less than three blocks away from me, yet they refuse to accept rent drop-offs. They only accepted my first month's rent in person. I tried direct deposit to avoid the mailing issues, but they didn't attempt to withdraw my rent until three weeks after the agreed-upon date. Then, because the payment didn't go through weeks later, they took away my direct deposit option--even though the delay was on their end and I still got a $100 late fee So I can't pay in person, mailing my rent keeps causing issues, and their mistake cost me the option to pay electronically. Yet somehow, I'm still the one getting late fees and eviction notices. I also have recieved $15 fees for paying rent early...
