When we asked them to fix it, they thought it was funny, and had nothing more to provide than "taking four months to remedy the issue because of everybody's scheduling" while we move out of the place we just paid for two weeks ago as of this review, the maintenance lady assigned to our unit is rather rude and abrasive as well and did everything to try and shift the blame onto us. Nothing was done prior to us moving in to fix the bathroom, which was clearly the worst source of the mold, the protective barrier between the shower and the drywall wasnt even properly sealed and is peeling off of the drywall. We're going to get code enforcement and the department of health involved and see if they think its not worth taking seriously after that. This is my first time leasing a place, and all I can say after this experience, is that I wouldn't recommend leasing a dog turd from these absolute procrastinating cheapskates. This is a company that shouldn't even be in business anymore.
