I stated " you ARE the repair shop" ..I was told I didn't understand what she was .. after 4 times of the same words..I got angry and said "you are the Fing repair shop"....left..went to Apple they couldn't do anything as "the REPAIR SHOP" was responsible. Spoke to 2 other local "repair" shops..who told me : 1) they had had similar issues brought by people from the same "repair(non repair shop) 2)i was told I had to buy another IPAD. It was ruined. . hundreds of dollars later....supposedly fixed....came home to my typing going to mandarin, battery (which was replaced) running out like it did before it was replaced....now I get some "box " on my screen that shows up out of nowhere... and also when they "repaired" it I've lost a lot of my stuff. After a lot of pushback from the owner I believed We left on good terms....and thought ..hoped..I had a repaired IPAD. I have put off writing this as I keep hoping all this too would resolve" NOPE...been there too many times..dealing with it every day this week. No point in taking it back. They got paid. They dont care Just an fyi..the CPR are franchises .i have spoken to other locations and also took my IPAD to another local CPR...all agreed the situation was atrocious.

I purchased y first iPhone through T-Mobile. That was a huge mistake. Apple makes the device, and…read morehas retail stores to purchase from. My first Mac was an M2 MacBook Pro 15". I walked in, specced the system, and bought it. The gentleman that was helping me was thrown off, and not the best example of my experience with this by-appointment preferred store. But then, I was a walk-in, and don't really talk to people. He helped, I left with my computer. A few days later, I bought through Apple Store, set an appointment, and bought my Apple Watch 8. I still use it, I'm still happy with it. I'm also still happy with the physical Apple Store. They helped me with the watch, new bands, and integrating all of my devices. When it came down the pipe that Apple would be blocking access to blood oxygen on new devices, I got ash ultra . Again, I love the product. I got it at Best Buy, though. Because they were the only guaranteed O2 functioning watch carrying retailer. 2 years later, the watch called 911 when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. The watch died. The face and crystal shattered. I landed kinda on my watch, kinda on my helmet, mostly on the armor... The O2 ban was in strong effect, which could have been the end for me. With a terminal lung disease, that watch is my "should I put my oxygen on " lifeline. I explained my situation to the person who helped me. They empathized (without apologizing... seriously, if you know someone that's dying, don't apologize unless you are the reason!) She explained the situation to me, I understood: probably no functioning O2, for the foreseeable future. Watch got back early. Their no fix policy on broken watch faces had me a little sad. I charged it on the ride home, put it on, and absently checked my O2. This store, and Apple, went the extra mile to find a visible replacement, a pre ban manufactured ultra 2. My oxygen was at 94. THAT. The extra for a customer whose life would have been severely affected, and whose lifetime income generation CANNOT exceed 9,000, because of simple known life expectancy. That is the above and beyond that landed 5 solid stars, a lifetime brand loyal customer, and a recommendation from a person who spent 25 years in the infotech, infosec, and cybersecurity sectors.

Have all Apple products all kinds of cord and cubes. Two hours later it is still loosing its charge very quickly. Would it have killed them to change out the battery or give me a new phone. Oh, the Verizon store told me I owe over500.00 for this phone. When I went in, they told me I would be getting a new phone because of a promotion. What a lousy company!!!! Lie, lie, lie. Steve Jobs must be running the company from the grave.

I was absolutely floored by the expertise, attention to detail and patient attitude of Jake, who…read moreassisted my wife and I with a phone switcheroo that most associates would have brushed off. The guy was outstanding, and the experience probably rivals the very best I've ever encountered when it comes to modern technology which, I can assure you, is no small feat. Here's what happened, and what he did to help. So the beginning of this story is pretty unbelievable. About four months ago, I lost my brand new $800 iPhone 7 Plus. Plum lost it, downtown. My wife was an angel, she gave me her phone, she bought a refurbished Android, life was not good. And then four months later she gets a text from someone claiming to be a high school kid who had the iPhone and wanted to give it back -- he'd found her information on the phone. We go to meet the kid, he's indeed a kid, I ask him what happened with the phone. "I'll be honest, man. I tried to hack it, and erase it, and sell it, I couldn't do anything with it. And so I thought I should give it back." He seemed like a nice kid. "At least you're honest about being dishonest," I told him. As it turned out, the phone was in great shape, other than the missing SIM card. We brought all of our devices (both iPhones and the Android) into this GoWireless location, Jake assessed the situation, told us that there would be a small fee for the work, and then he went to work, contacting Verizon (twice), Apple once, and carefully running through diagnostics, switching over contacts, everything. I honestly assumed that, because this company is simply contracted by Verizon, the service would be shoddy or less dedicated. The opposite was true.
