We both had androids and I wanted a i phone well that's more. We ordered and found out we were paying for another person on our line. he would take care of it after we got our phones. well we got the phones but we went back to at&t and they said we cant go to another carrier cause we need this straightened up first. They owed us 12 months back pay. so we took the phones unopened back to jr and said we can't get the phones cause we need to get our money back from corporate. He started yelling I will get you your money right now I am corporate. He is not, then the other girl in there starting yelling f this and that. It was awful. i also wanted our money back for the cases and chargers he sold us. we can't use them. we were there over a hour and a half and he said he would get everything straightened out. He lied. He said on your receipt it says no refund only store exchange. I said we want our money . He said what u going to do call the police . I said maybe better business bureau. I was crying and told my husband I'm going to the car. It was so hot in there in 90 degrees outside and no air in there but a fan. then we had to go to verizon store down the street and he was corporate and they took the phones back and we explained the situation and they were very nice. So we had to go back to at&t to put our phones back to them cause he had them transferred before we even had the phones. so now we keep getting a bill from verizon and we never had them. So called corporate and they said we don't owe it. ok thanks and then we get another bill now we have to call again. Verizon was very nice and considerate . But that jr guy and his girl they were awful. they scammed us. Now our phones are so messed up and this has been almost a month now. I would never go there for anything every again. SO be careful. It has cost us so much money and there's nothing they can do about it. I tell you only go to a corporate place for your new phones. After this mess is over with we are going to a corporate place. At&t was so nice and so was verizon. Its this fix it place. we were suppose to leave on vacation and that got messed ups too.
