Since then I've been back to Joey and upgraded my machine with him and he even HELPED ME sell my old parts and replace them with the upgrades. I gave them a chance to fix it, they returned the computer still broken and now with cracks in the casing. Now having the time where I did not need the laptop for a while and scared of further damage, I took it to a different store. Here were some of the damages incurred under Arbor Computers care: -Broken backplate -Broken bottom plate -Missing screws -Screen detached and held in place by super thick double sided tape -Damaged cables The business that fixed the damages said they had never seen anything like it and were baffled how Arbor Computers had cocked up such a simply job so badly. They also fixed the camera Arbor Computers deemed unfixable without a $700 motherboard replacement; the motherboard was not the issue, not even close. Once again, if you value your electronics do not take it here, especially not a gaming laptop. They have no idea what they are doing and have no care for client's property.

We replaced it only to find that the power cords had been changed out from the big box store working in it... which then burned up the new fan and aio cooler. It was a MESS. I have never had this many issues with any unit I had built in the past or with the big box retailer who was selling the components. After some consulting, returns/exchanges, Seth and I ordered a different brand AIO. He installed it, clean installed windows, did some cable management, and got my computer back up and running. He did much more labor due to the issues that arose throughout the process, but never raised his price above his maximum estimate. It was an incredible experience.
