I'd like to start by saying that I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for a long time, particularly…read morefond of certain locations due to the quality of service. Unfortunately, this review comes with a tinge of disappointment. For over a decade, my husband and I have frequented this particular store and have consistently received exceptional service. However, during our latest visit to the main store in the mall, which I adore for its service, we were assisted by a young lady whose name I didn't catch. Her body language conveyed a lack of enthusiasm for her job, although I don't expect over-the-top energy or constant smiles, I did, however, expect her to at least offer a semblance of a smile and to be eager to assist us. my husband wanted to look at a particular phone and he was asking I was taken aback by the apparent unwillingness to work; the employee looked up his plan and informed him in a tone that seemed bored and disinterested. She even told another customer who was entering that they would have to wait a few minutes. When the customer didn't hear and asked a question, she replied in a snarky tone that they would have to wait, prompting the customer to apologize and step back, all while we were standing right in front of her. I understand that they have methods of helping and to maintain proper assistance they have people wait. but the way she was talking...it rubbed me the wrong way. She reviewed all my husband's information and, in less than five minutes, informed him that he couldn't proceed because his plan was no longer eligible for the promotion they were offering. As she shut down the computer all while looking bored out of her mind, she suggested plainly that he might have better luck attempting the process online through the phone manufacturer's website, So, we departed from the store under the impression that he had only one option to proceed with. However, a few days later, he contacted our usual home location, and while the young lady was partially correct with the information she provided, she was dishonest about his inability to proceed with getting a new phone on the day we visited. We will be getting a new phone but not at the mall location. I strongly recommend that if you work on commission, you should remember to be knowledgeable in all details to provide the best service for your customers.
