SOS shipping went above and beyond & exceeded my expectations! After returning home from our family vacation in south padre, we realized we accidentally left a 13 gallon trash bag full of wet swim suits, towels, and other pool items behind. I called SOS shipping & Cathy immediately sent someone over to the property management company that we rented from to retrieve the bag. I was obviously concerned about my items being mildewed & wanted to get them home as quickly as possible to wash. I was also concerned that the cost of shipping was going to be substantial due to the items being wet. Cathy graciously offered to take the bag home to wash my items! She then called me the very next day so we could finalize shipping info & payment, and I received my items early the following morning. She even threw in a bag of skittles which made my kiddos very happy! I was thrilled to see our belongings returned & everything smelled wonderful & was packed up very nicely!
