Recently, issues flared again and were not correctible with your phone representatives. Your field representative Cheyenne came to our home a couple weeks ago. She spent two hours here checking everything inside and out. She found and corrected a number of issues. How pleased we were to see a female employee as she continued to search and find all issues and correct them! When she left, she noted her corrections. She was courteous, pleasant and tenacious until she discovered and corrected the issues. I waited a few days before writing this review to make certain there were no more problems. It is especially great when a company representative cares enough to stay on task and get to the bottom of whatever is causing the problems.
