I ordered a replacement pane for a fogged panel from View Point in May and their customer service was horrible. I called and emailed many times throughout the process and rarely had a return response from the service department. We found out in November that the pane had been delivered to the dealer in August. Since we had not purchased the windows through View Point, they wouldn't consider installing our pane until at least December. They agreed to deliver the pane for $100 and we managed to install the replacement glass yesterday before the next winter storm. Unless you are buying new windows through View Point, do NOT deal with them.

I told them no one has removed any screens since my last cleaning and that I expected it to be replaced. I was told that if I felt that way they would replace it. I have reached out twice to see when they want to come and replace it but they no longer respond to my text messages.
