I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!

They won't give me information over the phone because I don't have service with them so they make me go to the store, the people in the store are useless and just call the corporate office which are even more useless.
