Jack went above and beyond to help troubleshoot and map out the intricate layout of the lines running to and under the home. With my background in construction, architecture, and engineering, I appreciated Jack's expertise in helping me understand this complex system, ultimately getting the water lines replaced and adding a filtration system with plans for future work. The communication throughout--from the initial estimate to the completion of the job--was phenomenal, even while I was managing the project remotely. Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. If you are not able to lower your price, that is completely understandable - we all have to make money, and you're not running a charity. But there is a proper way to communicate with someone.
