My…read moregrandparents originally purchased their plots here and when my grandfather passed in 1977, it was lush and green and beautifully manicured...now my grandmother, uncle and father are all buried here and the place is a wreck! My grandparents bronze vase had come up missing and they said they would find one and replace it but never did then my father's disappeared as well and they told us they didn't have insurance to replace it and it was up to us so my mother had to pay another $600 to replace it. In the area that my family is buried, the ground is now baren except for the weeds and grass burs and it's just a depressing thing to see when going to pay respects to lost loved ones. They keep expanding but the older part is left in disrepair. It's truly shameful and disgraceful.

But who is thinking reviews when you lose a loved one. Mary had all sorts of excuses. When we finally picked up the ashes i mentioned the poor reviews. All she said was "people were upset". Well duh.... Of course they were. Very poor service.

What you can expect with Greyhound, possibly a missed ride due to them not stopping at the gas station just driving by. Erratic and mentally ill people on board. We had a scary experience with an erratic female driver who invited homeless people off the street onto the bus and yelled at old people and children. There have been few but very few pleasant drives but it's Russian roulette and you never know what you will encounter. I would suggest if going to Phoenix or LA, Amtrack would be your best bet. If you can, maybe rent a car from Las Cruces or just take a flight. Customer service is a joke so if you're screwed in some way don't expect refunds or anyone to care. Drive at your own risk.
