    I moved into a new place where it was still wired for telephone. Luckily, it was Cat 5e and just…read moreneeded to be reterminated. The WiFi in my home office was abysmal, and I work and run my business from home so I needed to be up and running as soon as possible. Michael was one of the first people to respond to me and offered to come over the next day. He was knowledgeable over the phone, and for some reason was one of the only people who I reached out to that understood what I was talking about. He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I felt more comfortable going with Michael because I was able to look up his license at the CSLB. I now have ethernet at my home office thanks to Michael. I wish I had him reterminate the other cables while he was here, because I would definitely hire him again once I get around to finding out what I want to do with the other telephone jacks at my home.

Very rude I will follow up with the owner of the store and have him do something about it because no customers should be treated that way by a employee I will send a letter to corporate as well because he was very very rude he literally said my name from my name tag and said ok Sean from rapids express and walked away no sorry no nothing can't believe they hire such rude people here

    THE TALE OF TWO DOCTORS…read more On August 30, 2013, I shared an office with another doctor. We were both moving out of the office on that day to separate offices and needed to have our phones transferred to our new offices. I hired KC Communications to handle all of my phone and data wiring and the other doctor just called the phone company directly to handle his phones. We had made arrangements for the phone company to switch our phones over at the end of the day so we wouldn't miss any of our patient's calls. At 10 AM, the phone company decided they didn't want to wait until the end of the day and switched them over early. Both of us were completely cut off from our phones and none of our patient's could reach us. In a panic the other doctor called the phone company and I called KC Communications. Within 5 minutes I had all of my calls being forwarded to my cell phone while the other doctor sat on the phone, screaming at the phone company for the next 45 minutes. At the end of the day, the phone company showed up to both of our offices and had difficulties getting our phones and data connected correctly. Jason from KC Communications showed up at my office to make sure everything changed over smoothly and actually taught the phone company technician how to wire correctly. I was up and running easily thanks to KC Communications who was there every step of the way. Thank you Ken. You and your crew are the best.
