    Buyer beware. Very misleading employees. Please READ YOUR CONTRACT/ RECEIPT before signing anything…read morehere or walking out. Something's not right at this location. The employees are very friendly and seem professional but that's how they get you. I broke my phone in the morning and walked in mid afternoon just needing a new phone asap. I wanted to make a simple transaction, walk in and out. I got a new sim-card with my new phone which I thought was weird but oh well. Many app are giving me a hard time because they don't recognize my sim-card (it's a safety/fraud thing). The next morning we received an email saying thanks for adding 2 lines. I looked at my receipt and sure enough. Never did I authorize that. What do I need extra phone lines for, my dog?!? SMH. Got on the phone with TMobile and figured out what happened. Thankfully they made things right. But I'll give it a month or so before being satisfied. There's another review here about a similar situation and it's your choice where you go... as for me, never again.

I was told that because I had a line and I was adding one, I would get the third free. I should have known it was a scam. I asked lots of questions and was assured that I would NOT be paying for the third line. I was told my phone bill would be about $5 more than what I already pay. What actually happed was my plan was changed without my knowledge or consent by Daisy Cajero. Due to that my bill was doubled to almost $300. She lied to make a commission off of her scam. When I went back to confront her about the issue, she claimed that she didn't change my plan and kept asking other associates to help her figure out how to word her lies to me and then said that I couldn't have 2 lines on the plan that I originally had which means that she did in fact change my plan knowing I did NOT approve of it. Which also was a lie. So which is it? Did you not change my plan or can I not have two numbers on the plan that I had? She said the bill would be high for the first few of months and then it would go down. Why would I want to wait a few months for the issue to be resolved? When I called customer service I was told that I in fact was being charged for the third line and my phone plan WAS changed without my consent. I doubt she will be held accountable for her actions, but I would be extremely careful if she is the representative helping you in that store. Honestly, I would advise you don't even go to this location at all, as the rest of the team was laughing when I voiced my concerns.

    I came in today to drop off my Internet equipment as instructed to by the T-Mobile customer service…read morerepresentative that I spoke with prior. As soon as I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted by store associate, Ms. Jessica. She was very kind and offered me a seat at a table so we could figure out things pertaining to the service disconnect. Ms. Jessica was very personable and patient with me. She answered any questions that I had. The most professional store associate that I dealt with in a long time. She made small talk with me to build rapport. Returning the Internet modem with the cord was a seamlessly easy process and Ms. Jessica didn't even give me any trouble. She even printed me out a crisp receipt that I could hold onto for my own records. Thank you so much, Jessica for going above and beyond! You deserve a raise!

    After years of being a T-Mobile customer, I decided to make a switch to another provider only to…read morereturn. I'm glad to be back. I noticed my watch wasn't tracking my steps and sleep cycles therefore, I decided to visit a store near the area where I was currently. I ended up at the Beltway & Fairmont location in Pasadena. I walked in and was immediately greeted with beautiful smiles. My representative would be a young gentleman named Tyler. He wore a smile and was engaging, respectful, and courteous as he answered all of my questions. According to his guidance, I had to return to the store the next day. I came back and met with Tyler who remembered me and my specific concerns. He immediately got to work and resolved all of my concerns. I requested to speak with the manager or assistant manager which I did. It was imperative for me to communicate my contentment with Tyler and the service he provided. Additionally, while patiently waiting to be served, I noticed the positive interaction between the team and their customers. I don't know why their reviews are not higher but I want to encourage those who are considering purchasing a new mobile device or equipment to visit this T-Mobile location. Come on by, ask questions, and experience the service for yourselves. KUDOS Tyler and team!!

    My son was given a ZTR Quartz Smartwatch for Christmas that…read morewas bought at another T-Mobile location by his father. The watch was set up with a number that wasn't programmed correctly on his father's account so my son's watch was receiving both his and his father's text message & phone calls on his new watch. We came to this location which is closest to where I live to get the issue resolved. The representative told us we should go back to the T-Mobile location where the watch was purchased to get the line canceled and set up properly. When I asked why he couldn't cancel the line and do it from his computer, he stated that it would reflect poorly on the store if he canceled the line and that's why I should go back to the original T-Mobile location where the watch was bought from and programmed at. Mind you, this is after he was waiting on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a hold of T-Mobile technical support. I think T-mobile's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This issue should've been resolved at this location regardless of how it effects this store location's stats. What if the watch was bought out of state?! This is not the way to treat customers. We will not purchase another accessory if this is the hassle I have to go through to get support and resolution.
