Second, our phone quality was awful. We couldn't hear anything. Technicians told us that our connection was insufficient, and we would have to buy another connection for $500 a month. Total comes to $886 a month, for something other companies charge less than $100 for. They sent me a technician who introduced himself as "Cheese". He was extremely unprofessional. He mocked my office, my company, and our equipment. His cell phone blared throughout my whole building, playing a "ringdingdyding" childish ring-tone fit for a high school freshman, which he took the call in the middle of our meeting, loudly bragging that another client had insufficient service but "too bad for them because they signed a 5 year deal haha!" and then told me "they're in the same boat as you". Awful. Despite all my complaints and problems, that were never resolved, they still had me on their list of customer references.

I think they work out to $200. an hour with a two hour minimum to walk in and say "we can not do anything about this problem. We need to work with your phone company. " The problem was that our phones were not set to the correct time. They came back twice on this at which point we got rid of them (the bill was over $800.00 and found a local company to take care of it for $120.

Now, I am still waiting for my full refund that I have in writing is supposed to come a week ago. They received the equipment August 30th. Today is September 15th. Zero, exactly zero follow-up or communication. Don't waste your money. Their equipment is unreliable and their customer service is even more unreliable.
