I just want to say how much Consolidated Technologies (CTI) has helped both my law firm and myself. I was on vacation one day in June and I got a frantic call from the paralegal that covers for me when I'm out. Our phone system went down and our partners were frantic that our clients weren't able to reach us. The recording stated that we were "no longer in service: Since our carrier was unresponsive, I had the paralegal call our telephone vender, CTI.
