He said they do not have the phone in the store, took my information and said he could have the phone delivered to his store and I would have it the next day. They set up our telephone network systems, the computer network infrastructure, and the business email for all of my employees. Alpha Computer Group is our IT hotline for when myself or any of my employees have issues. We simply go on their website, fill out a ticket request and someone responds within a day. They also come to my company once a week to work on any issues that cannot be resolved over the phone.
