This uneducated rep named Nicolas asked me for help. I told him I'm returning phones that T-mobile asked me to come here and look up my account. He went in back without asking my name and said his supervisor looked up my account and said he won't accept my phones. Unless he's Physic how would you look up my account. I told him I'm leaving him a nice review online. Don't go to this store as they are unfriendly uneducated representatives.

The store manager, though claims has been with T-mobile for 6 years, has no clue how to provide customer service. My daughter went into the store for a simple upgrade and was told she needed to take the T-mobile trackers as well, as they were free and they have been having a hard time selling them. He gave her three! Not one, but three! Probably to try to meet some quota. During the visit, the store manager attempted several times for her to add lines to the account as well, which she said no. The next day, I discovered the trackers were not free and each added a line to the account. When calling the 611 number and speaking to customer service they advised each line was $10. After explaining the situation to the service rep, they felt it egregious enough to file a complaint on their end about the store manager. They advised to go to the store to return the trackers and be reimbursed the $7 and change paid for sales tax. Which my daughter did, and they charged her a $20 restocking fee for each tracker. If she did not return the trackers, each one would have cost her $42 without an active line connected to it. I spoke to the store manager about his horrible customer service. He said he did nothing wrong. Everything was explained to her. There was nothing he could do. There was no one he could call. I asked if he could call customer service for us, to try to remedy the situation. He said no. Nothing could be done. He later said he could call his boss, but his boss would say the same thing. I asked for him to call his boss. He said he can't do that now. While I continued speaking with the store manager who wanted to tell me how he came to this country 6 years ago and was now a store manager, so he knew how to do his job, my wife called 611. That service rep she spoke to read the notes about the complaint, heard the store manager in the background not being helpful, and easily gave us a $60 credit. My wife asked if the store manager could have called, and the reply was, yeah of course they could have. At the end of the day, that is all we wanted. A simple apology for any miscommunication, and something done to make it right. Do not shop here. I feel bad for the sale associates learning from this manager.
