I really never do this but this hot out of control! I visit at&t store Wednesday 7:30 they close at 8 Wanted to Trade in an old phone this lady rolled her eyes when she saw us walking in and when I said what i wanted to get done, after she rashes yo help us out she didn't even do what I asked she just upgraded my account rashes to close the store 10 minutes before 8 putting the blinds down as loud as she could. On top of that till now Friday my sons phone has no service I call at&t the Gentlemen who helped me told me that they had buy one phone get one free never was told about this from Ashley Hall she was rude RUDE!! read more

Long-time AT&T wireless customers.... but MAY BE TIME TO SWITCH to Verizon. Received TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE customer service at the TROY STORE ON BIG BEAVER. Long story short: we've bought numerous devices at this location. Husband had issues with his iPhone 6 continually shutting down and restarting after recent Apple update and took it into the store to see if they might help. Sales rep said, "nope - it's shot. The update must have 'fried' your phone's system. Can't be fixed. If you take it to the Apple store, they'll just try to sell you a refurbished phone, since yours is out of warranty. But.... I have this new phone I'll sell you to solve your problems. Oh, and now that we have your new phone added, our equipment to transfer your data from the old phone is not working. You'll have to try to do it at home or come back later." A quick search on the internet the next day showed others had a similar shut-down problem; and it could be fixed: a hard restart and patience loading the latest update while the phone shut down and restarted numerous times FIXED THE PROBLEM. Back to the store to talk to KEN, the manager, about being given crappy information from his employee and getting a new phone that isn't needed. Wouldn't take back the phone without a $45 charge (REALLY!?!?!). "Can't do anything to help you. We're just sales people." hmmmmm. okay then. read more

I had to go in for a problem with my iPhone. First, I couldn't have been more thrilled that I didn't have to wait! How often does that happen? Next, the gentleman that helped me couldn't have been any nicer. He was having a a bit of problem figuring out the solution, however he was determined to fix my phone and better yet, I loved that he had a sense of humor. The store was meticulously clean. Terrible Customer Service!!! Is it possible to give negative stars! My husband and I went into the store Sunday at 1pm. No greeting, no acknowledgment that we were there or what we needed to do. Stood around awkwardly for at least 20 minutes until I finally went up to a Rep to find out what's going on, is anyone gonna acknowledge we're here? Take our name....Something!!! He rudely said you'll just have to wait. We left and went to the Madison Heights store on John R. A+ service, as soon as we walked into the store we were greeted, took our name and our business was taken care of in 10 minutes and even signed up for Direct TV! Troy store take notes...they did it right. Called the Troy store today and spoke with Ken the assistant manager who gave excuses for their poor service. There is no excuse good enough that you cant give someone common courtesy when they walk into your establishment. He then said he wasn't going to argue with me and hung up in my face before I could get the area mangers contact info. Just terrible! AT&T - I expect a response from this review as well as the feedback that I provided online. Unacceptable! read more

I have been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years and have been very happy with the service. Today my husband and I went into this location to get our new Iphones. Anthony assisted us through the entire process of setting us the new phones and transferring all of our stuff from The Cloud. He was fantastic and gives great customer service. I'm not surprised this location has gotten great reviews. Both of my visits were excellent and the staff far surpassed my expectations about the process of getting a new iPhone and trouble shooting technical problems. Also, no hassle with exchanging my iPhone case for a different, less expensive one. Everyone was helpful, reassuring and very customer service oriented. How refreshing! Also, the interior is super up to date and modern, and I was told it was the only location in Michigan that looks that fancy. Really great experience! read more

How do i file a complain to this store because i bought the online promotion order buy 1 get 1 free from online and came to pick it up from this store, the guy that helped me with had an issue to activate my free phone so the system wont recognize it's free phone so they told me that the manager would approve $300 credit just like visa gift card? I took the phone and now it's 5 month the credit never showed up, i came and asked them they said they dont say something like that I have to call att because it's online order, so I called att they said because I picked it up from the store they did not have my record so they asked me to go back to the store and talk to the store manager. Store manager said nothing they can do because their associates already told me up front when i picked it up the phone that i never got $300 credit if i picked it up from the store. Well, if they told me that I never picked up the phone, bottom line att point finger to each other and treat customers like dirt. I want to file complain to this store because they scammed me to pick up the phone and never honor the deal. read more

Actually visited the AT&T store at 275 Big Beaver. I had an appointment at 1pm, got there a bit earlier...12:55pm. Left with new phone (exchanged) by 1:07pm. Anthony did an excellent job! read more

Had a bad experience with getting Internet installed. AT&T services person did not turn up at the scheduled day & time. On contacting AT&T (on 3 different occasions & after speaking with 4 service personnel) they assured that the installation will be done on the scheduled date, if not time.. However, they failed on that commitment too. At no point AT&T made any attempt to contact me and update me with status.. BTW they charge $99 for their professional installation service!!! read more
