They are very cost efficient many times when they tell me my total I almost fall over from it being so reasonable. How many places can you say that about. They remotely connected to my machine to attempt to remove malware, long story short they broke my machine; it wouldn't even turn on. They said that I'd have to pay to ship them my computer that they broke so they could fix it. They did refund the money I spend to have them fix the malware on my computer, but now I'm left with a broken machine that wont even turn on! Frustrated. Let me start by saying I was able to connect to WiFi when I dropped the desktop off but when I got it home it prompted me to connect via a cable...then had to take it back again...they told me I was missing a part and I needed to go purchase this USB wireless adapter from a different store. They could not explain why I was able to connect to WiFi previously and now the missing part enables me from doing that! No one offered to purchase the part or order the part for me...for the money I spent I expected them to order it! Originally I was having issues with the keyboard and mouse not working (both the keyboard and mouse that came with the desktop) and the additional keyboard and mouse that I purchased previously. Keep in mind I was told over the phone to only leave the desktop and power cord, not the keyboard and/or mouse (should have been my red flag). They saw me walking on the sidewalk outside of their building but no one offered to help me carry anything in! My first interaction with them was when a gentleman met me in the parking lot to "help" me carry in my computer but I was met with a snarky comment of "wow you hand your computer over to anyone I see" (red flag again) I was irritated and told him it was broke so he could have it! With COVID I understand social distancing but no one greets you inside ever! I had to pay a $50 flat fee for "a deposit" only by credit card and then after they "fixed" my computer it was another $100 to come get it. The keyboard that I purchased additionally works but the main keyboard does not! I have to now re-install ALL of the applications that I had on it previously as they un-installed them without an explanation as to why they were uninstalled! I was never told what exactly was "wrong" with the computer I just know that on top of the $150 I already spent I now have to go spend another $20 for a part that is now missing, I'm not even going to get started in the amount of time it's going to take to re-install everything! I'm a nursing student in my senior year in an advanced program so time is very limited for me and this is an extra time drain that I don't have to spare! I didn't appreciate that I was never told that everything had to be done via a credit card as I planned to pay cash. I was trying to support a local small business but I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!! read more

Our company had been plagued with poor IT services for years. I had noticed C-Net on my drive home and decided to call them and boy am I glad I did! Their customer service is second to none! I can call them, send a text, or email and they get back to me literally minutes later! They are able to work remotely or come in and work without disrupting the office. One thing that I have been very impressed with is that when they come in and work on our system they are not taking calls from other customers and charging us for the time!
