The stores are bright and friendly, and host your typical cellular outlet setup. The problem resides in that the service, not necessarily from the people, but from the phones themselves are left to be desired. It's easy to drop calls and the phone selection is limited. If you live and die in Orlando, then Metro PCS might be a good option, but if you attempt to step out, even for a second, you might want to look elsewhere. read more

SCAMMER ALERT .Dont go to this metro location ,brought in a phone, because I lost mine. They sold me a chip for the phone.When they put the chip in my phone, said it didnt work because phone was wet. OKAY, so I go to Cell Phone Ninja, a repair shop Which are great by the way. He puts in a metro chip and low and behold it works.The Manager at metro that was there name is Brian the led Scammer.Oh yeah ,Didn't have change ,so Brian told me hell just add my change to my account. priceless. read more

Sand Lake road location. I want to say that Arlan is an outstanding Customer service rep. My sister came in with a locked phone and she couldn't remember the password and he went through hoops went through hoops and leaps and bounds to get that phone unlocked and also saving her saving her data and information. They need to give him a raise because he is such a kind and patient person That we had the pleasure of receiving of receiving outstanding over and above of customer service from him. Horrible signal..Most calls are gargled..Poor signal if one at all. Not recommended. Go with either AT&T or Verizon!

This is not a corporate store and that was my 1st mistake,,only trade at corporate stores,,I was purchasing a phone and Jose started adding a wireless speaker,phone case and protection sheet to my order,, I inquired about it and he said "OH they are freebies to thank you for coming in" but my bill had an extra $200. on it ,,and we kept questioning him but he kept saying there is no charge. So I went home and wrote it all out and yes I was charged $69.99 for a wireless speaker,$44.95 for phone case (I didn't even pick out) and $30. for protection sleeves,,EVEN AT&T recommends NOT TO PURCHASE Those accessories there because you can get them so much cheaper other places. He wasn't knowledgeable on the Smart Pay either,,I ended up wanting to return everything after the inflated prices,,but was denied because METRO's 14 day return policy doesn't apply to existing CUSTOMERS BEWARE and change your service. read more

Metro PCS has good service in the state you reside. It's not really a nationwide plan. However, you can still make calls while out of state but it'll cost you. We don't leave the state of Florida that often, 2 x's a year maybe, therefore it's a great service for us! We have a family plan and we get picture messaging, web access, unlimited calls, unlimited text, all for about $40.00 a month per phone on the plan! For a family of three that works great for us! read more

DONT use Metro PCS in Lake Mary behind Burger King!!! My son switched from Verizon to them on May 28th, 2017. $40.00 screen protector cracked last nite 25 DAYS later! Store mgr Daniel said to get a replacement for Free screen would of had to crack within 24hrs. REALLY. Then wen my voice got loud (I'm a NYr duh) they were going to call police.
