I offered to go and get and deliver a new one and he told me he has working flash drives and that he was transferring the files over. That's quality customer service! A problem pops up they figure out how to fix it outside of your original request. I will only do business with this shop for any issues regarding an Apple I have. They go that extra mile to make sure you are taking care of and don't have to waste time. They recognize that you your time is valuable and go that extra mile to help you. I appreciate everything that this shop has done. Large location, so many sizes for sneakers and clothing. Not too big of a sale this day, mainly 20-25% on clothes and extra 20% off back wall sneakers. The market is down for the most part so Jordan's that would have sold out years back are sitting below retail here. They had plenty of stock and sizing. It was super busy and crowded.
