Long story short she lye, my plan it was totally different, so I call in June when I received my bill and talked with a Rep. again, and asked him to change the way I asked for, he said he will change that and this month I received and increased of $100 in one of my lines. Called again and I asked to be transfer to a supervisor, her name Lisa Leon, that she didn't even help, after 20 minutes of waiting she said I changed my plan, and I accept the changes she did... she didn't even stop talking when I try to talk. She doesn't event try to help only talk and talk. I asked for the recorded to be sent to my email and her answer it was go to the office and asked for..... that was the answer of that person. How that person is a supervisor when her customer service is the worse. Remember asked for another person to be really help.

Which I guess was fine, but we were the only customers in there, and they were all sitting, and standing in a cluster talking loudly about another associate who was late. After about seven minutes, someone came from the back, and attempted to help us, but was unfamiliar with my phone (Z Fold), and was at a loss with issues my husband was having with his phone. Not even replace it. they were going to actually mess with the motherboard. And the math wasn't really making sense. My motherboard is just under $230. I did not proceed with them with my build and when I got my build back, it was missing screws throughout.
