I have been A Metro PCS customer for 8 yrs. July 13th, 2023. My phone refuses to take charges I watch the charge goes from 100% to 30 %. I went to the {PP} Pembroke Pines office where I purchased the phone 8 months ago. The sales rep. stated there is nothing he can do except to buy a new phone or go to repair phone shop, Very annoyed, I went to Pembroke Lake Mall in PP trying to get the port charge repaired. The Manager at the Kiosk was friendly and informed me the phone is irreparable and I have to get a new phone. I stated to him , what about warranty?" I purchased the phone 8 months ago" He informed me since I have no longer insurance for the phone. there is no warranty. I was flabbergasted, I need a phone right away for my minor children were out in a play date. I needed to be able to stay in contact with the parent's residence they were playing at. I am unemployed. My Credit Card was hacked for a second time in two consecutive months. I prayed. A family member came to my rescue. On Monday, July 24th to Wednesday, July the 25th, I spoke to Haley. Atke another Corporate representative assuring me that they will credit me for the phone. On Thursday, July 26th, I drove to the kiosk where I purchased the same phone for a second time. I informed the manager what I was told by Corporate Employees to return to the kiosk for a credit. The manager stated what they told me is not true. They told me that false information so they can get rid of the call. I was very annoyed. Atke apologized on speaker phone and stated she could not see her own note & others that stated they will credit me . I would not have gone to a location while heavy rains causes a deluge,causing me to get soaked from head to toe despite using a very strong umbrella. Rains was so hard that my shoes and pants and top were soaked. The kiosk Manager at Pembroke Lake Mall can attest to that. Why I would go out of my home in a bad weather if it was not necessary? I wanted to get the credit within the week that I purchased the phone. On mid-August, my credit card was hacked again for a third time consecutively. Each time, that I change my credit card, the store number very close to my home 17015 PP, FL 33029 , 5 minutes from my residence will charge me an extra 5 dollars when giving them a new card while my service was not interrupted in payment. $15.00 has been paid for 3 credit card updates, That creates a havoc in my ability to stay in contact with loved ones. esp., my minor children. ,.Each time, I paid for the $5.00 requested, the does not reflect as part of the payment, Metro PCS corporate employees are not transparent and there is no customer service at all at the Metro PCS located near me, The employees will do the service for free however the Manager will loom outside and although I informedagain & again I am unemployed, he turned a deaf ear on me. They do have fabulous employees at MetroPCS at 9900 Pines Blvd & near me located @ 17015 Pines Blvd,. The managers of both locations are awful, not problem solving. Since. I am limited in fund, I am looking for a comparable plan that really give customer service for no demanded additional fee. Shame on you MetroPCS by T-Mobile. You can easily pulled out my file. I came in expecting to wait about 30 minutes after signing in, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a woman named Kineisha. She was extremely nice and helpful, she was easily able to answer any questions I had such as pricing, plans, etc. I love how she wasn't trying to lure me into the most expensive phones, as I have dealt with other phone dealers in the past. She gave me all the information I needed quickly and guided me to a good cheap phone, exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I wanted, helped me to choose a nice protective case, applied my screen protector, and even better I was in and out in 20 minutes. I visited last week as an Att customer. I was greeted by a nice young lady named Monica, who was extremely helpful in giving me all of the information I needed to transfer over from Att. I could not be any happier after she explained everything to me and gave me an outstanding deal!, she was very polite and always had a smile on her face, no matter how many questions I asked she always had patience with me.She helped me transfer all of my contacts and pictures onto my new phone, she showed me a few products that work with my phone and she was extremely knowledgeable about them! .I will highly recommend Ms. Monica to any of my friends! read more

I had a wonderful experience at this branch thanks to Andrea and another gentlman who was dark, handsome, and dress very nice I think he is one of the managers or a supervisor. My phone had issues and Andrea did everything she can to fix the problem. When I ordered a new phone the nice gentleman was able to make sure I walk out of that store problem free, and he smiled throughout the whole time !Great customer service was spectacular when it cam to these two.
