Came in on a Tuesday evening close to closing time. There were about 3 people in there and two…read moreworkers. I walked here since I was at a conference downtown but they have a small parking lot. Lots of trash nearby. So wasn't the cleanest of spots outside but it was pretty well maintained inside. After the small wait, I was served. It was a decent job that they did. They had to go thru a lot of different avenues to get me the answer I needed. Turns out someone set up my account at home wrong and so I had to bring in all of my equipment to rectify it which explains why I was having problems. They did say I would have to pay a fee when I bring in my equipment but that was wrong. I wouldn't necessarily go back to this location if I was in town again but the location is convenient and the employees were pretty chill.
