Although we had originally stated that we did not need to view my mother a final time (since we had been with her when she passed), when we arrived to start the arrangements, we felt an overwhelming need to see her. The team at Naugle accommodated us and allowed us to spend some time with her. We never felt rushed or as if we were too demanding. As Naugle has an on-site crematorium, we were able to view the cremation from a very comfortable and private room. It gave me comfort to know that my mother's dignity had been preserved from start to finish. Today I received a call from Karen at Naugle who simply called to see how I was handling the first anniversary of my mom's passing. We had such a nice conversation and she was so kind.
