He not only serviced the furnace but spent a lot of time explaining the system to me and how to make it more productive. He showed me how to adjust the old heat ducts to get more heat/cool to the 2nd floor of our Cape Cod style home. He even constructed a little "flap": out of duct tape and cardboard to seal the space where the filter in inserted. All this for no extra charge and with great patience.
