We walked in looking to upgrade our phones, on Saturday 7/19 around 1:30, instead of doing any work the young woman just made us download the t-mobile app & check ourselves, offered 0 promos or trade in benefits. Spoke to us condescendingly the whole time, took the phone, downloaded the t-mobile app without permission onto the phone & accepted all the terms and conditions for us without having us read it. She was even going to go into my email to look for the pin they sent if I hadn't intercepted and told her I could do it myself. Felt like a privacy breach. Not recommended, will be trying another t-mobile if not switching to another phone company completely. read more

Everything went well I walked in there with not being able to find believe it or not my email address on my phone! I wasn't getting any emails, etc. etc. for three days. If i could give this place zero stars I would. They currently have me waiting 20 minutes to change a god damn screen protector that they shitty ass made me buy. I know switching phone companies is a long process. I purchased a phone online and went to the store In attempt to set it up. I came in and two sales associates were with customers and one was waiting. I waited for twenty minutes for them to be done. As one sales associate was with another customer he started to help someone else who had just walked in as I sat there waiting. So I left. Customer service is huge and I won't waste my time with branches if companies that under deliver. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had in any store. The store was empty. 2 workers. One was busy watching family guy and the other Cant go 1 full minute without playing on his phone. The worker who was helping me could t set up a simple Apple Watch. He was able to have it work on Bluetooth but not cellular. While he was on the phone trying to rectify it with TMobile support he asked his co worker to wait on the phone line in case the rep who had him on hold came back, while he went to the back to get a new SIM card. The worker told him no flat out. That he was watching a show. After waiting way too long for the transaction I said let's just cancel it. I can't wait all day for a watch. The worker said I would have to pay a restocking fee. I told him i wasn't paying a restocking fee because the reason I was leaving was due to his incompetent. He then got combative with me. I told him off. That's when the other worker decided to get all loud threatening me and asking me to leave. He started yelling that my time did not matter to him. If it took all day he said i would have to wait and that wouldn't be a reason to cancel the order. I told him he was out of his mind and to F off. I left and he played the classic"hold me back". Screaming , ranting , raving , cursing and making motions. Meanwhile he wasn't even being held back. I waved him to come out and make good on his promise. He did not. Any manager that leaves these two clowns to run a store is crazy. You never speak to a customer the way they did. Funny thing is the store in Hempstead was way busier yet fixed the problem in 10 minutes. West Hempstead/ garden city south location is the worst. read more

I switched from overpriced greedy ATT. I had nothing but problems switching 4 phones to T Mobile, my ATT phone did not work well on the T Mobile network.
